What changed

Restaurant and local guide

• Restored the approved true-white directory/map layout with navy editorial typography.
• Preserved the 48 source-linked places, category/search controls, map markers, official links, directions, saved-place action, farm-stand rail, and freshness legend.
• Corrected the approved-reference thumbnail crop treatment so only imagery appears in cards.
• Darkened the guide green token from a 4.00:1 contrast ratio to 5.46:1.

AK home search

• Restored the approved true-white listing/map layout and compact filter chrome.
• Added explicit Nay, Save, and Yay controls using browser-local persistence.
• Added candidate search plus a browser-local manual listing form that requires HTTPS source and photo URLs.
• Added a visible mobile Search + action and fixed collapsed mobile listing photos.
• Limited the default list to photo-linked candidates.
• Replaced two stale 404 image URLs with currently reachable source-linked URLs read from the existing official Douglas Elliman listing pages; no third-party photos were downloaded or cached.
• Darkened the AK green token from a 3.99:1 contrast ratio to 5.54:1.
• No crawler, ingestion Worker, API change, or D1 write path was added.

Forst

• Restored the approved white editorial hero, title/subtitle, four-project rail, and five restrained story/contact tiles using authorized private-prototype assets.
• Fixed a visually hidden element that caused 28 pixels of mobile overflow.
• Preserved the private-concept disclaimer and did not change the public Forst site.

• Production builds: Guide, AK, Forst, and preview passed.
• Playwright: 11 tests passed, including the approved-design desktop/mobile contracts and AK interaction flow.
• Axe: zero serious or critical violations across the three product surfaces.
• Worker static-asset dry-runs: all three passed.
• Visual QA: six local screenshots reviewed at 1536 x 1024 and 390 x 844 against the three unchanged approved concept PNGs.
• Responsive QA: no horizontal overflow at 390 pixels on any of the three sites.
• Authenticated production QA: Guide loaded 48 places; AK loaded three source-photo cards with Search + add and Nay/Save/Yay; Forst loaded the correct hero, four projects, and five primary tiles.
• Access gate: all three custom domains and all three new immutable Pages URLs returned HTTP 302 to the Cloudflare Access login host when requested without credentials.

How to undo

1. Keep Cloudflare Access enabled.
2. Roll each affected Worker back to the corresponding previous active Worker version above.
3. If the Pages production target also needs reversal, redeploy the corresponding immutable previous Pages deployment/source.
4. Revert dd67f97b46ea6e701fd78fb01b823ebe10608778 on the release branch, rebuild, and redeploy only after the rollback build passes the full gate.

Outstanding owner/lead actions

• Review and integrate the isolated branch into the canonical repository when desired; production currently points to the verified dd67f97 artifacts regardless of that later source integration step.
• Update the shared PROJECTS.md milestone from the canonical lead lane.
• Replace the global Cloudflare API key workflow with a scoped Amagansett deployment token.
• Decide provider, licensing, attribution, and image-use rules before authorizing any scheduled listing/photo discovery Worker. The current safe browser-local, source-linked workflow remains active until then.
