Implemented and verified the Forst private prototype follow-up in the isolated worktree /Users/richh/dev/_handoff/codex-out/amagansett-white-preview-fidelity-20260825 on branch codex/amagansett-white-preview-fidelity-20260825.

Scope

• Owner: Codex implementation writer; parent integration owner: Claude lead.
• Canonical checkout /Users/richh/dev/sites/amagansett-app was read-only and remained clean.
• No credentials, source re-fetch, deployment, public launch, or external communication.
• Existing Guide, AK, Preview, API, and shared content work was preserved.

Changes

• Commit 95d724cab0cfe6a802d6393e399729a502e749b6 (Complete Forst gallery and private edge contract).
• Replaced the ten-item gallery sample with a manifest-derived full set of 1,693 eligible first-party /gallery/ images across 37 groups, 24 visible per page (71 unfiltered pages), with search/group filters and full filtered lightbox traversal.
• Added unit equality coverage for every gallery URL/path/group and focused E2E coverage for exact counts, lazy bounded rendering, group/page navigation, cross-page lightbox wrap, focus restore, mobile overflow, and serious/critical Axe.
• Added sites/forst/public/_headers private/no-store HTML and non-hashed media policy, immutable hashed asset caching, noindex/nofollow/noarchive, self-only CSP, nosniff, no-referrer, restrictive permissions, and frame denial.
• Changed Forst Wrangler assets missing behavior to the installed schema's not_found_handling: "404-page" and added tests/integration/forst-wrangler-local-contract.zsh plus npm run test:forst-edge.
• Updated parity/evidence docs with full gallery and edge-contract counts/results.

Acquisition/cache inventory

• Existing validated manifest/cache reused; no source fetch was performed in this follow-up.
• 7 pages; 1,787 assets; 1,766 images; 21 PDFs; 717,062,963 bytes; 0 acquisition omissions.
• Eligible browseable UI set: 1,693 images; 37 source groups.

Verification

• npx wrangler deploy --dry-run --config deploy/forst.wrangler.jsonc — pass; 1,803 files read, no bindings, no upload/deploy.
• npx playwright test tests/e2e/forst.spec.ts — pass; 4 tests in 3.8 seconds.
• git diff --check and staged diff check — pass.
• Full npm test — 69 tests pass but exits 1 on a pre-existing unrelated AK resolver unhandled stream-close error at tests/unit/ak-resolver.test.ts:139; no Forst test failure and AK file untouched.
