• Privately deployed reviewed source e6145bbaf847bac3d3d3cadf97a1a20146d76c2c.
• Added URL/address/MLS Needs-source intake, safe photo-backed feed admission, source-review queue, full details, Yay/Save/Nay reactions, responsive map contraction, and truthful scheduled dry-run behavior.
• Automated extraction remains limited to the exact reviewed source hosts and does not cache third-party listing photographs.
• Corrected only the test fixture lifecycle for a delayed stalled-stream timer; production resolver code was unchanged. Source fix 5172ae32ce40249ec89bc31a923bc91c972d6439, integrated as b2dffea.

Guide

• Privately deployed reviewed source 094f0f54e5bea5a73d0be6a6ac77af0640da8af9.
• Added synchronized searchable list/map selection, saved places, staged local candidate review, selected-place details, freshness/source context, and bounded user-supplied authorized menu-snapshot parsing.
• Retained 48 source-linked seed places and a truthful zero-input scheduled dry run; no live Google/local-business provider or remote menu crawler was activated.

API and guest share

• Deployed fail-closed source 9e0ba5d49c9a51a93bd20d221c51a5f786aaf058; integration commits include 1b1d838, 0561449, and d0b9320.
• Share creation validates scopes, streams request bodies under an 8 KiB limit, and returns no bearer URL until durable save plus exact lookup read-back succeeds.
• No durable binding is configured, so owner share creation remains unavailable and all guest failures return one uniform private/no-store/noindex 404.

Preview

• Privately deployed edge-hardened source 1b66b17b7d2cd0ea5ca1c4b2f96c9070f860f30e; integration commits a8f15c1, 900baed, and receipt commit 3977b98.
• Preserved the approved white studio without visual, copy, image, navigation, or interaction changes.
• Added explicit private/no-store/noindex headers, immutable caching only for hashed assets, and real missing-file 404 behavior.

Forst

• Privately deployed final source c11b7b41a7c4a21efc3590b1cf3d8087d1ef707f; primary content commits 7582d3b0dd54ecbb440458bf2c69f671be448ef4, 95d724cab0cfe6a802d6393e399729a502e749b6, 365be01565d4e6285460afe3303a366643f5aead, and 9aad4b4731fed5cd7aac0497b5f9bbf445ef3984, followed by the scoped no-analytics edge commit c11b7b41a7c4a21efc3590b1cf3d8087d1ef707f.
• Mirrored the authorized first-party front-end content from seven public source pages while excluding analytics, source scripts, form backend, CAPTCHA, client login, embedded maps, social embeds, CMS/admin paths, and other backend behavior.
• Cached and provenance-recorded 1,787 first-party assets: 1,766 images and 21 PDFs totaling 717,062,963 bytes, with zero recorded acquisition omissions.
• Added safe local links for all 18 testimonial PDFs and three press PDFs.
• Added a modern full gallery for all 1,693 eligible images across 37 source groups with search, filtering, 24-item pagination, filtered-set lightbox traversal, keyboard behavior, and focus restoration.
• Bounded acquisition streams documents and assets into an isolated temporary root, enforces per-document/per-asset/total byte budgets during transfer, validates status/redirect/same-origin/MIME/signature, and atomically promotes only accepted content.
• The exact cached asset path inventory is sites/forst/content/source-manifest.json; all cached files are under sites/forst/public/images/forst/ and sites/forst/public/downloads/.
• The scanned Hedaya testimonial PDF was visually rendered and checked before its exact contiguous opening quotation was protected by a unit assertion.
• A live-only Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon was traced to edge injection rather than project source. A red/green real-Wrangler contract protected Cache-Control: private, no-store, no-transform; the final authenticated reload contained zero Cloudflare beacon scripts while all gallery and PDF checks remained intact.
• The public forstconstruction.com site was not changed.

Cloudflare deployments and rollback

Rollback must preserve the existing Access applications, DNS, routes, Pages projects, and Worker names. Restore the recorded Worker version and Pages deployment from Cloudflare history; do not delete resources. No secret values are present in this record. Deployment authentication used the existing Cloudflare credential name from /Users/richh/.secrets/global.env at runtime only.

Forst verified 1,693 images, 37 groups, 21 PDF links, Kitchens 75, page 2 range 25–48, lightbox next/close/focus restoration, no broken rendered images, no horizontal overflow, no browser logs, and zero platform-injected analytics beacon scripts after the final edge correction.

Delegation and review record

• Lower-tier bounded workers handled independent AK test-flake diagnosis, Forst implementation, Preview edge hardening, API/share fail-closed implementation, and repeatable functional/edge checks.
• Sol/high reasoning was used only for bounded security/release review; no tier above Sol high was used.
• Returned findings were integrated only after local reproduction and verification. Reworked or discarded output included an initial wrong-baseline API audit, the first incomplete Forst gallery pass, the initial API security failures, one Preview whitespace finding, two Forst Important findings, and one noncontiguous testimonial quotation.
• Usage telemetry was unavailable, so spend percentage was not invented. The user budget-hold marker was absent during the fan-out checks.

Outstanding owner decisions and next work

• Choose licensed listing and local-business providers, source/photo rights, and approved rate limits before live ingestion.
• Approve a durable D1/KV/R2 design for owner state, reactions, source history, shares, expiry, and revocation.
• Choose transactional email provider, recipient/consent, double opt-in, unsubscribe, frequency, and audit behavior.
• Configure durable daily AK/Guide inputs only after provider and persistence decisions; current schedules truthfully run with zero inputs.
• Replace the global deployment credential with a scoped Amagansett Cloudflare token stored outside Git.
• Review the live owner tabs. The requested two-cycle professional/client persona design work and six gallery previews remain explicitly deferred; no preview should replace a live surface without separate approval.
