Removed Cloudflare's automatically injected Web Analytics beacon from the private Forst prototype with a scoped HTML no-transform edge contract, without changing project design/content or any account- or zone-wide analytics setting.

Test and verification

• RED: FORST_CONTRACT_PORT=8911 npm run test:forst-edge failed because root HTML returned private, no-store without no-transform.
• GREEN: after changing only the root/HTML cache policy, npm run build:forst passed and the same real-Wrangler contract passed for HTML, hashed asset, real JPEG/PDF, and missing JS/image/PDF 404 behavior.
