• Playwright browser smoke at http://127.0.0.1:4172: desktop 1440×1000 and mobile 390×844; search candidate, save, structured Nay reason, direct /homes/:id focus overlay, Escape/back, orientation map and detail nearby context exercised.

Outstanding owner actions

Backend lead must integrate worker-rendered HTMX fragments and authenticated endpoints for search, resolve, ratings/reasons, listing detail server-rendering, nearby guide-place data, and Routes/traffic estimates. Direct-detail first-load currently uses the worker fallback shell and client focus mode until server rendering is wired.
