Completed and verified a private AK map/list and Worker-intelligence release candidate without changing the existing Cloudflare deployment; this restores the accepted product composition and makes the adaptive profile, digest preview, and controlled sharing paths materially usable while preserving honest provider and Access boundaries.

• Added a Worker-generated status-summary preview and restored the saved cadence after reload.
• Reduced the first Worker feed page from 100 to the top 20 ranked candidates while keeping progressive inventory loading.
• Added additive D1 migration migrations/0003_owner_intelligence.sql for digest subscriptions; it remains pending remotely.
• Added and updated unit, edge, contract, and Playwright coverage.
• Added docs/AK-MAP-LIST-WORKER-RELEASE-CANDIDATE-20260826.md and updated SESSION-STATE.md, ISSUES.md, and the canonical PROJECTS.md index.

Backups and rollback

• The existing deployed baseline worktree remains intact at /Users/richh/dev/_handoff/codex-out/amagansett-data-recovery-20260826.
• The canonical checkout at /Users/richh/dev/sites/amagansett-app was not overwritten.
• The new candidate is isolated on codex/ak-completion-20260826; reverting or abandoning it does not alter the current live deployment.
• After a future deployment, capture pre-deploy Worker versions and Pages deployment IDs before mutation and use those exact identifiers for rollback.

Outstanding owner actions

• Complete npx wrangler login interactively or provision a project-scoped deployment token in the approved secret store.
• After authorization, apply the pending additive D1 migration and deploy API/share Worker, AK Pages, and AK edge Worker in that order.
• Approve an outbound email sender and recipient consent/unsubscribe controls before enabling email delivery.
• Rotate the previously exposed Firecrawl credential and approve source terms/photo rights before provider-backed ingestion is enabled.
