Confirmed Buzz's relocated canonical root and persisted a documentation-only, compact-ready checkpoint without installing or configuring Buzz.

Rich moved the Buzz project placeholder and asked for its state to be confirmed and re-saved to disk in compactable form. The earlier installation/fleet goal was retained as an unapproved draft; the folder move and checkpoint request were not treated as approval to install, start, expose, enroll, pair, or configure Buzz.

Backups and preservation

• No pre-existing project file or runtime data was overwritten; the confirmed root was empty, so no project backup was required for this additive checkpoint.
• Shared registry edits were guarded by exact-context patches. A concurrent Mem0 writer changed the operating index, causing the first patch to fail safely. Buzz waited for that writer's completed/released check-in, re-read the file, and then inserted a narrow additive entry.
• The Markdown changelog is the canonical archive copy. Apple Notes is the per-host durable mirror.

Undo

No runtime rollback is needed because no runtime state changed. If Rich later asks to remove this checkpoint, first preserve an archive, then remove only the five Buzz project documents, the exact Buzz rows from the two project registries, and this task's coordination check-in/changelog. Do not remove the project directory, volumes, identities, credentials, or unrelated registry content without separate explicit authorization.
