Stopped every live non-exempt Codex task found during the bounded ScanRoo consolidation sweep, preserved the accepted history consolidator and its later explicitly protected primary successor, and filed unrelated contexts as sanitized task pointers in a production-mode _nocontext quarantine so they can be assigned deliberately later without losing provenance or copying secrets.

Both indexes now contain the _nocontext milestone and a separately verified ScanRoo Prototype milestone pointing to the canonical root and clean documentation checkpoint. Their path leases were first released at 2026-08-26T20:36:56-0400, reacquired only to correct late-sweep counts and the observed _nocontext root transition, and are released again in the final coordination record.

Task-control results:

• Kept 01a0408b-c7dc-7b10-b8dd-489e41a804f5 active and untouched as the accepted ScanRoo consolidator. It subsequently committed its documentation-only checkpoint cleanly at 323e6a6873cd4c8fdc85fb27a93145d37340211a; no merge or push occurred.
• Stopped seven distinct live unrelated tasks across repeated sweeps: the nocontext bootstrap, Mem0 setup, two OpenRouter setup/continuation tasks, LiteLLM setup/persistence, HyperFile work, and Ollama/fleet-model setup. The Ollama task restarted once and required a second stop, yielding eight unrelated stop events. All seven were verified idle.
• Stopped the duplicate ScanRoo source/relay task after its pointer had been received by the accepted consolidator. A later ScanRoo icon turn restarted on the same task and was stopped again before any command or state change.
• Left thirteen older interrupted/idle/unloaded tasks inactive; none was restarted by this coordinator, deleted, or newly archived by this coordinator.
• The stopped Ollama task had already archived superseded task 01a0407c-b785-7a12-939e-8c118f03a466, created/updated two coordination check-ins, synchronized reachable-host check-ins, and left /tmp/ollama-pdf.ZwROXA/page-1.png before the second stop. It reported no project file, install, model, service, Notes, index, credential, or fleet-runtime change.
• The stopped OpenRouter continuation created /Users/richh/.agent-coordination/checkins/codex-openrouter-main-setup-20260826.json and synchronized reachable-host coordination state before stopping; it reported no project file or provider change.
• The stopped LiteLLM task completed a six-file documentation checkpoint at /Users/richh/dev/localAI/litellm, plus a released check-in and local/Notes changelog, before the stop was received; it reported no LiteLLM install, listener, client reroute, credential use, or runtime mutation.
• Copied no raw task transcript or provider database. Multiple source contexts contain or reference the same plaintext OpenRouter credential; only the credential name and rotation requirement were retained, never its value.
• Two tasks were created after the bounded stop sweep with newer explicit user directives: the primary ScanRoo initialization task and the _nocontext watcher/relay task. They were not canceled. Both received coordination boundaries; the watcher was told not to move this packet until its ownership release, and the primary successor was told not to mutate the canonical ScanRoo checkout or protected history worktree.

Preserved without edit:

• /Users/richh/dev/apps/scanRoo/ISSUES.md remained the only dirty file in the canonical checkout.
• Protected consolidator changes remained solely in its isolated worktree (CLAUDE.md, SESSION-STATE.md, new STATUS.md, and docs/history/ at the final observation).

• The canonical ScanRoo checkout remained on main at 9c42d22ee092a98014afb14d3e3992eedcedf21b with its pre-existing ISSUES.md modification untouched.
• Coordination check-ins synchronized to rdmbair13m5, rdmbair15m5, rdmpw3275m, and jdmbair13m5; rdmpw3265m was unreachable, so its receipt is pending and no completion is claimed there.

Backups and recovery

• No destructive operation was performed and no task history, project file, branch, worktree, or provider database was deleted or overwritten.
• No separate backup was required for the three new intake files or new check-in; their SHA-256 checksums above provide integrity evidence.
• The project-index changes are single additive entries. Undo by removing only the nocontext milestone line from the iCloud operating index, removing only the nocontext table row from /Users/richh/dev/PROJECTS.md, and restoring that file's preceding Last Updated text.
• Undo the intake filing only by removing /Users/richh/dev/_nocontext/inbox/2026-08-26/scanroo-thread-quiesce-01a04090 after every accepted destination has a durable handoff. Do not recreate the stale nocontext path, and do not touch the protected ScanRoo worktree or the canonical dirty checkout.

Outstanding owner actions

• Rotate the credential named OPENROUTER_API_KEY because its value appeared in the source task prompt; store the replacement only in the approved secret store.
• Review and explicitly integrate the clean history documentation checkpoint before using it as canonical main; no merge or push occurred here.
• The separately created _nocontext watcher/relay task owns future processing after this packet is released. Its newer directive does not retroactively authorize this coordinator to auto-assign, create projects, install software, download models, change fleet state, publish, or contact third parties.

Closeout state

• Notes result: filed successfully in the iCloud Notes account and normalized into the required per-host rdmsm4x folder. The transient helper-created copy in llmlog was removed after the preserved body was copied to the host folder.
• Check-in sync result: completed to four reachable peers; rdmpw3265m remained unreachable and will receive the immutable check-in on a later normal sync.
• Final ownership release: 2026-08-26T20:51:46-0400 for the packet and both shared project indexes.
• Destination lifecycle: primary ScanRoo task 01a040aa-6945-7d11-92d8-9bb8b25a5be0 received and accepted the released packet as its unrelated-context intake source. Watcher task 01a040ae-f560-7d32-a77e-ecc0ffe1a18d explicitly accepted the pre-release hold, then post-release independently reproduced all three hashes, 20 unique task IDs, false privacy flags, and a clean 24.85 KB Gitleaks scan before beginning its 11-destination routing plan. Receipt and revalidation are proven; per-destination acceptance and final archive relocation remain pending and are not inferred.
• The primary successor and watcher remain intentionally active under their newer user directives; they are not failures of the earlier bounded stop sweep.
