Persisted Rich's project-folder naming convention so future project creation and context routing use -app rather than .app for source directories.

Convention

• Filesystem project/source folder: foo-app
• Disallowed project/source folder form: foo.app
• Compiled Apple application bundles retain the required Foo.app package extension.
• Existing canonical roots are not implicitly renamed.

Commands and verification

• Resolved the host with scutil --get ComputerName: rdmsm4x.
• Confirmed the current session is Aqua-capable with launchctl managername: Aqua.
• Added the preference note and this changelog with an atomic patch.
• Verification: re-read both files and confirm the expected naming examples and no unrelated paths changed.

Undo

• Remove the ad-hoc preference note and this changelog only if Rich explicitly retracts the convention. No project rollback is required because no project was renamed.
