Local changes made before the pause

1. Separated the copied Git metadata from the fallback folder:
   • Moved the copied Dataroo Git database from /Users/richh/dev/sites/dev.ecs0.net/.git to /Users/richh/dev/_migration/conflicts/rdmsm4x-20260827-dev-ecs0-separation/dev-dataroo-import.git.
   • Wrote its provenance record at /Users/richh/dev/_migration/conflicts/rdmsm4x-20260827-dev-ecs0-separation/README.md.
   • Initialized a new local Git database at /Users/richh/dev/sites/dev.ecs0.net/.git.
2. Created two local commits in the new fallback repository:

   • ec5d1e8 — docs: add dev.ecs0.net launch plan

• No ecs0-dev Compose project or container was created.
• No dev.ecs0.net DNS record, ECS0 tunnel, or ECS0 Access application was created.

Backup and recovery

• The copied Dataroo Git database is recoverable at /Users/richh/dev/_migration/conflicts/rdmsm4x-20260827-dev-ecs0-separation/dev-dataroo-import.git.
• The local fallback repository and its two commits remain at /Users/richh/dev/sites/dev.ecs0.net.
• No source file or live runtime requires rollback because neither was modified.
• Do not restore, archive, merge, or delete either Git database until Rich chooses the disposition.

Outstanding owner decision

Choose one explicitly before any further work:

1. Keep /Users/richh/dev/sites/dev.ecs0.net as a paused fallback and continue only with read-only alignment/documentation of the actual live dev.dataroo.net dashboard.
2. Archive the fallback repository and restore the copied Dataroo Git identity to the folder.
3. Explicitly resume the ECS0 launch plan.

Until then, the coordination lease is released and all launch/provider/runtime work is stopped.
