rdmsm4x-changelog-20260827-0702-nocontext-routing-control
Established a production, provider-neutral _nocontext
routing control plane, reconciled the first 14 immutable fragments to 12
accepted and 2 pending destinations, and preserved all source evidence
without moving or copying raw context.
_nocontext
routing control and historical reconciliation
Scope
- Hosts changed:
rdmsm4x,rdmbair13m5,rdmbair15m5,rdmpw3275m, andjdmbair13m5 - Canonical project root:
/Users/richh/dev/_nocontext - Coordinator task:
01a040ae-f560-7d32-a77e-ecc0ffe1a18d - Mode: Production
- No destination repository, provider task database, raw transcript, credential store, source chat, or referenced project file was edited.
- The historical heartbeat remains paused. Operation is event-driven.

Routing result
- Existing normalized fragments: 14.
- Sanitized pointers: 39.
- Destination fragments explicitly received and accepted: 12, covering 27 pointers.
- Pending destination fragments: 2, covering 12 pointers:
- Portfolio consolidation — existing root/task found; the destination has an active writer and emitted no visible receipt, so no duplicate task or mutation was attempted.
- RDReceipt — live canonical root
/Users/richh/dev/apps/RDReceiptis clean onmainataa0875c854ffd596a60c3db0e25ccd9df0b18a57; its ownSESSION-STATE.mdproves RDReceipt is the permanent personal project andreceiptROOis a later fork; explicit destination receipt is still pending.
- Apple Shortcuts explicitly received and accepted pointer ownership. Its historical workspace remains outside the canonical dev estate; no speculative new project was created.
- Mem0 explicitly received and accepted pointer ownership through
fleet-bus receipt
20260827-070215-24C6077E. - Arista Stencils handoff was explicitly accepted by this coordinator.
Only the provenance pointer for
/Users/richh/dev/lib/arista/arista_stencils/PLAN (1).mdwas routed toward BNY. The tracked file remains in place and unchanged. - Fleet-bus fallbacks were dispatched for BNY, RDReceipt, and portfolio consolidation. No reply has yet proven destination receipt or acceptance.
rdmpw3265mwas unreachable during bus synchronization; the other four peers synchronized successfully withrdmsm4x.
Commands and tools used
- Used Codex task inspection and bounded waits to identify existing
destination tasks and require exact
RECEIVED/ACCEPTEDlifecycle replies. - Used the fleet message bus for provider-neutral fallback delivery and receipt requests.
- Used
find,rg,jq,git status,git rev-parse,stat, andshasum -a 256for read-only root, task, JSON, repository, and integrity reconciliation. - Used
gitleaks 8.30.1with full redaction for two private directory scans. - Used
apply_patchfor every file-content change. - Compared the global coordination policy SHA-256 on all reachable
peers before mutation. Three peers matched the full
rdmsm4xpre-image;jdmbair13m5was proven byte-for-byte equal to the first 44 lines and was missing only the newer tail. Each reachable peer received a host-local backup, a staged copy, staged-hash validation, an atomic rename, and a post-write hash check. - Ran the fleet Notes changelog helper from the Aqua session, then
mirrored its result into the required per-host
rdmsm4xNotes folder because the current helper now defaults to the sharedllmlogfolder.
Verification evidence
- All JSON manifests and the new routing/check-in JSON parse
successfully with
jq -e. - All 58 entries in
/Users/richh/dev/_nocontext/context-fragment-SHA256SUMS-2026-08-26.txtverifyOK; no immutable fragment changed. - The Arista/BNY referenced file still hashes to
27004a13a6abed5373fb77211b7fce469dc0bdda6c8e4669376104b1b89fb846. - The final redacted gitleaks scan inspected about 229.67 KB and found zero leaks.
ROUTING-STATE.jsoncomputes 14 fragments, 12 accepted, 2 pending, 27 accepted pointers, 12 pending pointers, andarchive_eligible: false.- The original source-packet release hashes remain verified from the current task's preflight, and its 58 normalized-fragment checksums remain intact after the control files were added.
- Apple Notes contains exactly one per-host copy named
rdmsm4x-changelog-20260827-0702-nocontext-routing-controlin therdmsm4xfolder; the sharedllmlogcopy created by the current helper was retained. - Global policy rule 29 verifies at SHA-256

Archive decision
No packet was archived. The released source packet at
/Users/richh/dev/_nocontext/inbox/2026-08-26/scanroo-thread-quiesce-01a04090
remains immutable and is not archive-eligible until Portfolio
consolidation and RDReceipt explicitly accept their fragments. The new
Arista-to-BNY pointer packet also remains in inbox until
BNY accepts it.
Rollback
- No existing source packet or fragment content needs restoration because none was changed.
- To roll back the new control plane, move only the seven newly
created control/packet files listed above to the macOS Trash and restore
the prior fields in the single
_nocontextcheck-in from this task's pre-change record. - Do not remove, rewrite, or relocate either intake packet or any of the 14 immutable fragment folders as part of rollback.
- To roll back global rule 29, restore each host's exact backup only after confirming its current policy hash still equals the deployed hash; do not overwrite later peer edits.
Outstanding owner actions
- Destination owners must explicitly receive and accept Portfolio consolidation, RDReceipt, and the separate BNY pointer packet.
- After both remaining original-fragment acceptances land, re-run the 58-entry checksum validation and redacted secret scan, verify a collision-free archive destination, and relocate only the released ScanRoo source packet.
- After BNY accepts, archive only the Arista-to-BNY pointer packet;
never move the tracked
PLAN (1).mdsource file. - The canonical iCloud
PROJECTS.mdwas not edited because the activedev.ecs0.netwriter currently owns that shared file. Fold this milestone into the index after that ownership is released. rdmpw3265mremains offline and did not receive global rule 29. Apply it only after the host returns and its then-current policy is reconciled; do not treat the pending host as fleet-wide completion.- Pending-host bus message
20260827-071614-ADC23996carries the exact hash, backup, merge-before-overwrite, staged-validation, and acceptance instructions and will replicate whenrdmpw3265mreturns. - Keep the heartbeat paused unless Rich explicitly resumes it.
