• Replaced only the stale Guide remains a 48-business source-linked directory subsection inside the existing amagansett.app private prototype family line.
• Recorded the released Guide worktree, branch, commit, D1 migration 0009, 816-venue category census, active API and Guide versions, authenticated 816-row/address/marker acceptance, Access boundary, and 26-file/179-test plus 30-scenario verification.
• Preserved the complete AK subsection, including its worktree, commit, address-alias decision, deployed versions, D1 counts, validation evidence, and product decisions.
• Preserved the Forst narrative, 21 PDFs, first-party gallery, private-access boundary, mode, stack, services, and key decisions.
• Preserved the truthful Guide boundary: completeness is the dated reconciled source union; live menu, hours, ordering, ratings, and continuous-change adapters remain open.
• Updated the existing _nocontext coordination check-in with source, pre-write hash, receipt hash, integration state, and resulting shared-index hash.
• No Amagansett source, worktree, canonical checkout, deployment, database, Cloudflare resource, access policy, or provider configuration was changed.

Verification

• The source worktree was clean on the released branch at the exact handoff HEAD before and after the index update.
• The committed launch receipt and D1 migration were present in the handoff commit and their SHA-256 hashes matched the recorded files.
• The ten category counts sum exactly to 816.

Backup and undo

• No source or deployment data was changed, so no project or database backup was required for this index-only update.
• The pre-write registry hash is retained above, and the replaced wording is recorded exactly in this changelog.
• To undo only this milestone, replace the new Guide clause beginning the Guide completion lane is privately deployed and ending continuous-change adapters remain open; with Guide remains a 48-business source-linked directory and, leaving the following Forst retains... text and every other line untouched. Revalidate the resulting registry hash and retain this changelog as superseded evidence.

Outstanding owner actions

• Continue live menu, hours, ordering, ratings, and continuous-change adapters only through separately dated source evidence.
• Preserve Cloudflare Access on Guide and API.
• Preserve the deployed Guide worktree and rollback anchors until the Amagansett owner explicitly accepts a later canonical integration or cleanup.

Apple Notes filing

• /Users/richh/scripts/notes_changelog.zsh completed successfully and filed its centralized llmlog record (.../ICNote/p71916).
