Behavior and provenance

• Restored four crops from the already-approved, unchanged design/concepts/guide-map-list-approved.png to venue rows and farm cards.
• Each Worker-rendered row uses accessible text stating that this is an editorial Guide image and actual venue photography is pending.
• No third-party restaurant image was copied, cached, scraped, hotlinked, or described as a venue photo.
• The existing 816-venue data, filtering, map, source links, hours/menu/ordering truth states, Access boundary, and active deployment were not changed.
• eat.amagansett.app was not created; the existing private amagansett.app Guide remains the lowest-complexity product surface.

Commands and verification

• Installed exact lockfile dependencies in the isolated worktree with npm ci: 149 packages, zero reported vulnerabilities.
• TDD red state observed in tests/unit/platform-fragments.test.ts before implementation.
• Focused fragment suite: 7 tests passed.
• Focused rendered Guide contract: passed after building the new worktree's Guide artifact.
• npm run verify: 26 Vitest files / 182 tests, strict TypeScript, all four builds, platform Worker dry run, Preview real-Wrangler contract, and 30 Playwright scenarios passed.
• Expected pre-existing HTMX direct-eval and large-bundle warnings remain; the checkpoint adds no script dependency.

Rollback

• No live rollback is needed because nothing was deployed.
• Local rollback is to leave branch codex/amagansett-guide-photo-feed-20260827 unintegrated and continue from parent 6319e871fea4aa498fbf54e3e9a9df4a76381a8f.

Outstanding actions

• Rich can review the visual checkpoint before any deployment decision.
• Actual venue photos require evidence for venue identity, source page, attribution, observation/reachability, and remote-display permission; no photo provider or ingestion job is running.
• The fleet usage gate was hold, so no photo subagent was spawned and no work was falsely reported as delegated.
