AK route direction and annual-tax checkpoint

Implemented and verified a release-ready, undeployed AK checkpoint that makes the displayed ZIP endpoint reverse the route and presents annual property taxes with explicit source-truth states.

Behavior

• Sunday–Tuesday default Hamptons → NYC.
• Wednesday–Friday default NYC → Hamptons.
• Saturday preserves the previous Hamptons → NYC direction.
• The endpoint is a keyboard-accessible reversal control; its sessionStorage override wins for the rest of that browser tab/session.
• Tax values render as verified, dated estimate, dated source observation, or unavailable/pending. Missing values are never inferred from asking price.
• The 400-by-86 desktop heatmap and working money slider remain intact.

Commands and evidence

• npm ci: 149 packages, zero reported vulnerabilities.
• Baseline CI=1 npm run verify: 182 unit tests and 30 Playwright scenarios passed with strict TypeScript, builds, and Worker contracts.
• Post-change CI=1 npm run verify: 195 unit tests and 32 Playwright scenarios passed with strict TypeScript, builds, and Worker contracts.
• Focused final gate: 32 unit/edge tests and 9 AK Playwright scenarios passed.
• npx wrangler deploy --dry-run --config deploy/ak.wrangler.jsonc: passed.
• zsh tests/integration/ak-wrangler-local-contract.zsh: passed.
• Desktop/mobile rendered QA: direction reversal and persistence passed, heatmap remained 86 pixels high, no horizontal overflow, no browser console warnings/errors.
• Live anonymous GET boundary: AK 200; Guide, Forst, Preview, API 302 through Access; invalid Share paths 404.
• Reconstructed seed audit: 786 properties and zero non-null annual-tax values. No remote D1 query was made.

Rollback and outstanding owner action

Source rollback is a normal revert of 8f5e3eb and 704dcef; there is no D1 migration or server-side persisted state to unwind. The browser-private direction override ends with the session or can be cleared from session storage.

Controller review and deployment are still outstanding. If accepted, the controller should deploy through the established release process and repeat the public-read, mutation-denial, adjacent-Access, invalid-share, direction, tax-state, and money-slider acceptance checks.
