Joey / Eat source-health corrections

Corrected two retired first-party source URLs in the private Joey/Eat release-candidate branch and added consumer-facing regressions; no Cloudflare or remote D1 state changed.

Changes

• Replaced Almond's retired March 2026 Dinner PDF with the current first-party August 2026 Dinner PDF.
• Replaced East Hampton Grill's retired standalone Hillstone detail path with Hillstone's current first-party locations directory while retaining the official dinner PDF.
• Added independent Joey consumer-projection regressions for the current Almond menu and current East Hampton Grill detail/menu combination.
• Updated the identity provenance, receipt, Agent 2 report, and session state; the identity reconciliation counts are unchanged because its machine artifact does not enumerate source URLs.

Both full retired URLs are absent from the repository after correction.

Verification

• TDD red/green cycle observed independently for each defect.
• Focused tests/unit/joey-eat-curation.test.ts: 8/8 passed.
• CI=1 npm run verify: 29 Vitest files / 195 tests, strict TypeScript, six builds, four Worker checks, 30 existing Playwright scenarios, and four Joey/Eat scenarios passed.
• git diff --check: passed.
• Worktree clean after commits.

Live state, rollback, and owner action

No Worker, route, DNS, Access, or remote D1 mutation occurred. Joey/Eat remain undeployed behind the same unresolved Access/DNS release gate. Source rollback anchors are 23cce062864ed29bc6e3995807cb0f78002d6a50 for the pre-correction checkpoint or the two correction parents individually; no operational rollback is required.
