• Verified the required framework, Phase 2A/2B/2C, privacy, observability, evaluation, risk, and open-question sections.

Backup and undo

• No runtime backup was needed because the change is documentation-only in an isolated worktree.
• Undo before integration: delete the isolated branch/worktree after confirming no consumer needs it.
