AK annual-tax live release

Deployed conservatively verified annual property-tax facts to the private-use AK home-search prototype so tax appears immediately beneath asking price on cards and details, with unresolved homes remaining visibly pending.

• No DNS, Access, Zaraz, provider credential, Guide edge, Forst edge, Preview edge, Pages, queue, schedule, hostname, or third-party photo state changed.

Outstanding owner action

• No action is required for the shipped East Hampton values.
• Southampton, Bridgehampton, Sagaponack, Water Mill, Shelter Island, and jurisdiction-ambiguous Sag Harbor homes remain pending until an authoritative, permitted annual-total source is implemented. No tax is guessed and assessment value is not substituted for annual tax.
