Prepared and committed an integration-ready, lightweight Tyrell documentation gallery for ECS0 so remote visual QA can use stable versioned links without loading giant inline preview batches.

Commands and evidence

• python3 scripts/generate_tyrell_gallery.py --tyrell-root /Users/richh/dev/apps/tyrell — verified 38 Signal Glass and six Focus Panel source hashes and generated 46 deterministic bounded assets.
• python3 -m unittest -v tests.test_tyrell_gallery tests.test_dev_ecs0.WikiParityTests.test_manifest_describes_the_destination_exactly — 7/7 passed.
• Local HTTP asset loop — 46/46 generated assets returned 200.
• Headless Chrome DevTools QA — desktop 1440×1000 dark and mobile 390×844 light passed page identity, meaningful content, theme interaction, image decode, overflow, framework-overlay, external-request, console, and runtime exception checks.
• Idempotence aggregate SHA-256 before and after a second generation: c29bb9688d5389a18d097144c762f41824980e27a82158031d2d1ad85ae8831c.
• git diff --check, cached diff check, Python compilation, local privacy scans, and branch cleanliness passed.
• Full repository suite: 60 pass, one pre-existing stale native-path assertion failure, three intentional runtime skips. The failure predates this branch and was introduced when the existing replicantDB native gallery used a directory declaration while the older test still required exactly one native file.

Privacy and safety

• No credentials, secrets, private keys, prompts, responses, memory bodies, provider databases, or runtime data were read or published.
• Actual app images use deterministic, non-sensitive fixtures and are labeled ACTUAL APP CAPTURE, DETERMINISTIC FIXTURE DATA, and NOT DEPLOYMENT EVIDENCE.
• Mockups are separately labeled as approved direction or historical concept.
• Gallery HTML has no inline/base64 media, CDN, remote font, or external request.

Rollback

Revert commit 3132971e73afc2639f5b8ed025a6914b801316aa on the integration branch and regenerate wiki-manifest.sha256. No runtime or provider rollback is required because deployment was not performed.

Outstanding owner actions

• ECS0 owner must acknowledge and integrate the branch after repairing the native-directory overlay/test contract.
• Run the full ECS0 suite, origin checks, Cloudflare Access boundary check, and authenticated public URL/hash checks before marking publication complete.
• Apple Notes entry is pending because this Codex harness runs in the Background bootstrap and cannot send AppleEvents. The durable Markdown copy is complete.
