Verified findings

log is a zsh builtin shadowing /usr/bin/log. DECISIONS-PENDING-RICH.md J1 names a bare log show … as its check and requires it to "return empty" — in zsh that passes unconditionally. Run correctly the CalDAV loop is still live: 23 hits/15m, 96/1h.
Tyrell: zero hosts run the current build; three distinct binaries in the wild (7c0d6db1 ×4 hosts, 5eb441e4 rdmpw3265m, 3a694e84 rdmbair13m5 — never logged). CFBundleShortVersionString is 0.1.0 on all of them, so version cannot discriminate.
Tyrell MCP is registered on 6/6 hosts in both harnesses — not the gap. Real gap: hyperfile-mcp in ~/.codex/config.toml but absent from ~/.claude.json.
Tyrell must stay in ~/Applications — install_app_local.zsh:31 declares it the only managed destination; /Applications would orphan hosts from their updater.
The 15-domain auto-renewal deadline was today and no decision was ever recorded. Money moved.

Code: damped icon scaling (commit 5a5703c)

textScale = s ; iconScale = 1 + (s-1)*k, k = 0.30…0.55 on window width ; chromeScale = 1 + (s-1)*0.70

Chrome is deliberately looser than icons so a container always outpaces its contents. Before, a 16pt glyph in a fixed 24pt well became 32pt at s=2.0 and clipped; now it never exceeds its well at any width or scale. swift build clean, 405 tests, 0 failures.

Not done, deliberately

Domain spend, credential rotation, customer-repo deletion, renaming the two xframework.app GitHub remotes, redeploy_app_fleet.zsh --execute-fleet (codex owns Tyrell and was holding), and rmdir apps/eosTTY. All reserved to Rich by name or to a peer mid-flight.
