Tyrell physical-device state correction

This additive correction records that physical rdip17p has Tyrell 0.1.0 build 3 installed, but Tyrell was absent from the final live process list; the earlier observed PID 16541 was not persistent acceptance.

Evidence

• xcrun devicectl list devices reported rdip17p available and paired.
• xcrun devicectl device info apps reported bundle com.eastcoastscience.Tyrell, version 0.1.0, build 3.
• A prior bounded process query showed Tyrell PID 16541.
• The final fresh xcrun devicectl device info processes query contained no Tyrell executable. Therefore current/persistent/background execution is not accepted.
• The app-data Library/Preferences listing returned zero files. No master endpoint, participant, or remote-chat configuration is present.

Consequence and next action

No live CloudKit account/container read-write, authenticated chat bootstrap, explicit-recipient delivery, relaunch persistence, or background execution is claimed for the physical iPhone. The next bounded action is to configure the app securely on rdip17p, launch it, and run those device-specific acceptance checks.
