ECS0 Atlas source implementation and validation complete

The isolated ECS0 agent catalog and modern Atlas shell are preserved in clean local commits and pass the complete source-only acceptance gate, without changing either live site or any provider/runtime boundary.

• Starting checkpoint: 83d016ec734cb81236dff51c7a670af0976c28cb with 49 freshly observed dirty paths; the delegated 48-path count was reconciled as a stale counting discrepancy after fingerprint, mtime, process, lock, and ownership checks found no conflicting writer.
• Final clean HEAD: 05df854e88029b158fb8943b3cbf7f16d7ea367f; tree 03bff80b5d4acea232f07990fa3c9175015b8149.
• Live ECS0 main, containers, Cloudflare Access, Tunnel, DNS, and publication were excluded and unchanged.
• The released Dataroo nginx-auth scope remained owned by codex-passkey-access-20260829 and was neither reclaimed nor edited.

Local commits

• e24342fbaa39237814f33d9495bfb66a69d2243e — checkpointed the pre-existing 49-path Atlas/catalog implementation after inventory, fingerprinting, safety review, and whitespace repair.
• 2cf3cbf0284b6ad7ab1a6c895f30b59e31dfe1e4 — reconciled the immutable wiki capture with the current accepted source and refreshed the deterministic catalog snapshot.
• 05df854e88029b158fb8943b3cbf7f16d7ea367f — recorded the validation milestone and outstanding integration boundary in SESSION-STATE.md and ISSUES.md.

No commit was merged, pushed, published, or deployed.

The two older 2026-08-28 Atlas verification logs were pre-existing and were not rewritten by this continuation.

Commands run

• Resolved the host and synchronized/read fleet check-ins and peer ownership before editing.
• Inventoried the worktree with Git porcelain, commit ancestry, per-file SHA-256 fingerprints, mtimes, lock/process checks, safety scans, and git diff --check.
• Preserved the owner state with git add, staged-diff hashing, and local checkpoint commit e24342fbaa39237814f33d9495bfb66a69d2243e.
• Ran zsh scripts/verify_atlas_ui.zsh --skip-install for both full acceptance cycles.
• Diagnosed the first fail-closed result by comparing the immutable Dataroo source, deterministic ECS0 transform, manifests, and captured Mem0 bytes.
• Ran bash scripts/sync_wiki.zsh --dry-run, then bash scripts/sync_wiki.zsh --apply.
• Ran bash scripts/build_catalog.zsh --check, the documented --refresh-snapshot repair, and a second passing --check.
• Re-ran the complete Atlas gate, reviewed reports/atlas/verification.json, performed final whitespace and secret-boundary scans, and committed source reconciliation plus milestone documentation.
• Refreshed the coordination check-in, sent the active PROJECTS.md writer a compact milestone handoff, and synchronized check-ins/mail to all reachable peers.

Verification evidence

• Complete eight-stage Atlas gate: pass.
• Immutable wiki overlay: 88 captured files plus one declared ECS0-native file; stable source and transformed-destination manifests confirmed.
• Python: 122 tests passed; three live-runtime checks intentionally skipped because this was a source-only worktree gate.
• Catalog: 50 documents, 39 assets; deterministic generation 495f39e2f6d9e2cf9025b635353b7504fd96d6b0b97393e3291af191c5f12864; snapshot, API, and MCP checks passed.
• Atlas components: 9 test files and 15 tests passed.
• TypeScript typecheck, ESLint, and production Vite build: pass.
• Chromium: three desktop, mobile, reduced-motion, and axe acceptance journeys passed.
• Sanitized report SHA-256: c27b40f3244b9d632bc7bc134475bf5408e58894d0ba2ab987ca9776bf30fb94.
• Full passing log SHA-256: f1be7caea1ba2d18e4e78bdcbe471b02213d02e173bd47b5eeae6752d156e16a.
• Final Git worktree: clean.
• Final reconciliation scan: 26 changed source-derived paths, zero secret-shaped filenames, zero secret-pattern content files, and no whitespace errors.
• Mem0 reconciliation: accepted source SHA-256 4bd398f222e29b0ab0ee70fd9133bccda2d6641a2c2a8fc0f8dede3f091877fa; deterministic ECS0 destination SHA-256 579da291298741dcd1ffe91406578d37a732fed75cc142aff2c77afd5c805f3a; real exporter opt-out retained; managed exporter block absent.
• Check-in synchronized to rdmbair15m5, rdmpw3265m, rdmpw3275m, and jdmbair13m5; rdmbair13m5 was unreachable and retains no claim of receipt.

Preservation and rollback

• The original dirty owner state is preserved in commit e24342fbaa39237814f33d9495bfb66a69d2243e; its parent is 83d016ec734cb81236dff51c7a670af0976c28cb, and its exact staged diff SHA-256 was 6484a13e8cec48ca3e62c50762e8c5adad564e985e4775816ac62d73f9a4421e.
• The current-source reconciliation and milestone record are independently reversible commits.
• To undo without rewriting history, create revert commits for 05df854e88029b158fb8943b3cbf7f16d7ea367f, 2cf3cbf0284b6ad7ab1a6c895f30b59e31dfe1e4, and e24342fbaa39237814f33d9495bfb66a69d2243e in that order after first creating a named backup ref. Do not reset or overwrite the isolated worktree.
• No live rollback is required because no live ECS0, Dataroo, Cloudflare, Access, Tunnel, DNS, or publication state changed.

Outstanding owner actions

• Independent source review and canonical integration remain pending. A clean feature branch is not a merge, push, live canary, deployment, publication, or acceptance.

• Any live canary must be separately owned and must re-run authenticated production/runtime gates before promotion.

• The canonical PROJECTS.md milestone update is queued to its active one-writer task 01a040ae-f560-7d32-a77e-ecc0ffe1a18d; this task did not edit that shared file.
