Completed the final XEntropy fleet canary after rdmbair13m5 restored authenticated reachability; all six Macs now run and verify the approved Tyrell-light app tree.

• Set the non-secret xentropy.uiTemplate preference to tyrell-light and restarted only XEntropy.
• Relaunched only XEntropy on rdmbair15m5 when the fresh fleet audit found its intact app was not currently running.
• Committed final rollout evidence at e27e587892dea21fa850eaee7ed422a8f0b83901.
• Updated the canonical project index and closed the one-writer check-in.
• Sent values-free completion message 20260829-103546-6088B4B3 to Claude and Codex on the controller and final host.
• Deleted the now-complete finish-xentropy-fleet-canary heartbeat to prevent further retries.
