• Root Cause: Interactive zsh with MONITOR/NOTIFY printed '[N] done ( print -rn -- | nc -u -w 1 "$endpoint" 1514 > /dev/null 2>&1; )' because background UDP syslog streams in agent_session_logger.zsh were spawned with plain '&' without option localizing.
• Remediation: Upgraded agent_session_logger.zsh to v1.1.1 across all nodes:
  • Replaced background '&' with '&!' (disown).
  • Added 'setopt localoptions nomonitor nonotify' inside the streaming hook.
  • Added guards for empty payload, unset $endpoint, and missing nc.
• Status: Resolved in ticket registry; zero unwanted terminal notices.

2. AppleScript Duplicate Folder Hazard in notes_changelog.zsh (ISSUE-20260829-03)

• Root Cause: notes_changelog.zsh line 191 matched 'every folder whose name begins with folderName', which erroneously caught any folder with a common prefix (e.g., rdmsm4x-llmlog or rdmsm4x_archive) and risked moving notes and deleting folders.
• Remediation: Refined match target to 'folderName & " "' so only actual numbered sibling strays (e.g., rdmsm4x 1, rdmsm4x 2) created by iCloud sync races are merged and cleaned.
• File Touched: ~/scripts/notes_changelog.zsh (lines 190-195).
• Status: Syntax-checked with 'zsh -n' and resolved in ticket registry.

3. ObsidianFleetSync Canonical Promotion (ISSUE-20260829-04)

• Action: Promoted ObsidianFleetSync out of ~/dev/_migration/fleet-ingest/rdmbair15m5/dev/obsidian_fleet_sync into ~/dev/apps/ObsidianFleetSync.
