• Updated issueRoo evidence on eight open tickets and created FEAT-20260830-43 through FEAT-20260830-46 for ECS0Diagnostics, ECS0Conformance, ECS0Persistence, and ECS0Updates.

Verification

• swift build -c release --scratch-path /tmp/ecs0lib-review-release-canonical: passed.
• Final canonical tree equals the locally reviewed tree.
• Existing owner-review worktree remains at 32923c28.
• Dirty main remains at e0ff5101 with its existing web/docs modifications.
• One pre-existing VariableNeverMutated warning remains in Tier2_BoundaryCornerCasesTests.swift.

Files touched

• Only the dedicated review-fix worktree, issueRoo via its supported ticket CLI, this changelog archive, and fleet coordination messages/check-ins.
• No app repository, installed app, signing state, host permission database, or credential store was modified.

Undo

• Before owner acceptance, confirm the dedicated worktree is clean, remove that worktree, and delete only codex/global-app-review-fixes-20260830.
• After acceptance, revert 158fcc2; do not rewrite shared history.
• Original owner-review commit 32923c28, unchanged dirty main, and the hashed patch are recovery points.
