Summary

Promoted the independently verified, non-Git Obsidian Fleet Sync staging code into a new canonical prototype repository. The copy preserved the staging source as rollback provenance and excluded raw agent history, credentials, account artifacts, and mutable Git metadata. The portfolio now has 45 catalog/ledger/packet entries and 45 validated local dashboard screenshots.

• Promotion: 72 eligible files copied to 72 destination files; post-copy rsync -n -ai differential empty under explicit exclusions.
• Restricted-name scans: no .env*, auth.json, cookie-named artifacts, private-key naming patterns, or live Git metadata copied before initialization.
• New Obsidian packet screenshot: 1440×1100, SHA-256 3a80b0c985f60ba462d2a7c0aef0c4a9b3629c0d2a5bc2934b8757a88f7860ce.
• Refreshed portfolio dashboard screenshot: 1440×1100, SHA-256 bc3e2ca6bee78a08c0f1046d71b5cd195cadf004d0e37e297c160c82bfef4320.
• Portfolio packet validator: catalog/ledger/packet directories agree at 45 projects; all 45 dashboards validate at 1440×1100; 123 archive artifacts checksum-verified.

Known blockers and rollback

• No live Apple Notes, browser, Keychain, iCloud Drive, Obsidian Sync, rdDB, or fleet configuration action occurred. Resume only with a disposable fixture and separately approved live-data plan.
• Overall archive validation remains failed only because receipts/rdmbair15m5/rdkipp-rdreceipt.json and receipts/rdmbair15m5/rdreceipt.json do not byte-match their located canonical receipts. Both copies were preserved untouched.
• To undo the source promotion, stop using the new canonical root and resume from the retained staging source; do not delete either copy until a separately approved archival disposition.
