The stale eight-document ScanRoo initialization snapshot was proven fully integrated or deliberately superseded on current local main, so no branch merge, cherry-pick, recommit, or repository edit was performed.

Apple Notes verification correction

The prescribed helper returned OK, but exact readback showed that Apple Notes had truncated the original overlong audit title. The newly created audit Markdown file and note were shortened to the exact matching title rdmsm4x-changelog-20260830-2226-scanroo-init-audit.

During the in-place Notes correction, Notes reordered a dynamic note reference and temporarily applied the audit title to pre-existing note Core Data ID p72948. That note's body was not changed. Its original title # rdmsm4x-changelog-20260830-2140-resume-all-work-coordination was restored by stable ID, and its expected body prefix was verified. The audit note is stable ID p72949; exact readback now returns one matching title with the expected body marker and Markdown path. No note was deleted.

Evidence and commands

• Resolved host identity with scutil --get ComputerName: rdmsm4x.
• Synchronized check-ins with /Users/richh/dev/fleet/maintenance/scripts/fleet_checkin_sync.zsh.
• Enumerated local worktrees and exact refs with git worktree list --porcelain, git rev-parse, and git rev-list --left-right --count.
• Confirmed the isolated worktree was clean with git status --porcelain=v1.
• Confirmed no Git lock, worktree-CWD holder, or ScanRoo Git process.
• Reconstructed the stale five-modified plus three-untracked snapshot from commit 6e5bb46… and its predecessor.
• Proved f163334… is an ancestor of 2fa7196… with git merge-base --is-ancestor (exit 0).
• Compared per-path Git blobs and branch-to-main logs for all eight documents.
• Proved four history-document blobs are byte-identical between f163334… and current main; the four routing/status documents were superseded by named later commits.
• Ran git diff --check across the eight-path branch-to-main comparison: pass.
• Ran Gitleaks 8.30.1 against the decision packet: no leaks found.

No product test was rerun because the audit changes no source. Accepted read-only packet 20260830-221824-C51F5EAC records 58 tests in 15 suites with zero failures plus successful unsigned macOS, iOS Simulator, and visionOS Simulator builds. Coordinator reply 20260830-222045-A5E34F51 accepted that packet and recorded the product milestone as already integrated. This audit does not misstate those peer results as a new local test run.

The mandated topology audit command could not run because /Users/richh/Documents/Codex/Projects/dev-fleet-reconciliation/scripts/audit_codex_fleet_topology_v1.0.zsh is absent. No topology-dependent repository mutation was attempted.

Preservation evidence

Before and after the decision-packet check:

No repository rollback is needed. The additive decision packet, check-in, and changelog can be archived by their owner if superseded; removing them is not part of this task. Git rollback anchors remain isolated f163334…, canonical 2fa7196…, and origin/main 9c42d22….
