rdmsm4x changelog: Codex reboot continuation

Automatic one-shot continuation was installed so the in-progress Codex project-estate inheritance task resumes after the next rdmsm4x Aqua login; this preserves the exact task and durable file-based handoff without copying provider-native state.

Behavior

• At the next GUI login, the per-user LaunchAgent runs once when the pending marker exists.
• The launcher verifies the computer name is exactly rdmsm4x.
• It resolves codex from the login-shell PATH and resumes the exact task in the exact workspace.
• A successful exit archives the marker as completed; a failed exit restores the pending marker for another attempt.
• It was intentionally not bootstrapped in the current login session, preventing a duplicate active writer before reboot.
• The continuation runs after FileVault unlock and user login, not before login.

Verification

• scutil --get ComputerName returned rdmsm4x.
• plutil -lint returned OK for both the staged and installed plist.
• zsh -n passed for both scripts.
• A login shell resolved Codex to the installed executable and reported codex-cli 0.151.0.
• Installed and staged plist SHA-256: 2f3f6655b3e1e723a4513e0c34727f681520203490def76f83042685b467fcdb.
• Resume command SHA-256: 7a8f398ed6a8c195101ec47033863ad7030aa0e1772b915c5768b6c6f4c12d07.
• Pending marker was present at verification time.

• No Codex/Claude authentication, cookies, approvals, task databases, session databases, chat databases, Keychain items, or live .git directories were copied or edited.
• No remote branch, site, or repository was published.

Undo

After the task has resumed or if automatic continuation is no longer wanted, unload the label if it is loaded, then move /Users/richh/Library/LaunchAgents/com.eastcoastscience.codex-resume-hel.plist and the workspace pending marker to a recovery folder. Do not delete the session or state databases.
