Deliverables & Verification Evidence

Fleet Skills Audit & Propagation:
- Initial check revealed spoke nodes lacked 57 of the 58 Gemini skills and were missing several Claude skills.
- Synchronized all skills via rsync across all 6 nodes; verified 34 Claude skills and 58 Gemini skills present on every node.
Automated Reconcile Integration:
- Updated /Users/richh/dev/fleet/maintenance/scripts/fleet_config_reconcile.zsh to automatically synchronize ~/.gemini/config/skills/ alongside ~/.claude/skills/.
- Executed dry-run verification: current=6 updated=0 diverged=0 offline=0 err=0.
