Established continuous, evidence-based ecs0lib portfolio monitoring on the canonical development host so shared-library changes, real consumer adoption, ticket state, and fleet-agent handoffs are tracked without creating a second source writer.

• The existing non-Git-app snapshot named by REV-20260901-02 remains at /Users/richh/dev/_ops/ecs0lib-audit-20260901/unversioned-apps-snapshot-20260901-143300/; it was inspected as evidence and not modified.
• Other agents' dirty/untracked paths were preserved. No broad staging, reindex, cleanup, or checkout operation was run.

• Release the monitoring lease with /Users/richh/bin/ticket release TASK-20260830-02.
• Pause or delete the Codex automation named monitor-ecs0lib-portfolio-adoption in the automation UI/tool.
• Remove the check-in JSON only after confirming no agent still relies on its ownership/coordination record.
• The isolated scratch directories under /Users/richh/Documents/Codex/2026-09-01/mon/work/ can be removed safely after their receipt is no longer needed; they contain build products only.
