rdmsm4x changelog — ecs0lib monitor ticket and Tyrell delta

The recurring monitor confirmed stable shared libraries but detected a regressed ticket CLI, an in-progress duplicate-ID rewrite, and a third live Tyrell silent-revert occurrence; all source ownership was preserved and routed to the correct active owners.

Scope

• Host: rdmsm4x.
• Read-only inspection of ecs0lib, ECSCloudKit, canonical app roots, Git alignment, ticket tooling/store, fleet mail, check-ins, and heartbeats.
• Local state changes: three fleet-bus replies, five acknowledgements, one monitor-ticket heartbeat, one check-in update, and this durable changelog.
• No app/library/ticket-tool source edit, staging, commit, push, lifecycle reindex, signing, deployment, publication, credential change, or destructive action.

Shared-library state

• ecs0lib remains clean at 89cba389e53dca185b171c4fe2eff2d6aa80653d.
• ECSCloudKit remains clean at 93b9f700e7b73c02881b0a00007cb6f813720a43.
• Adoption is unchanged across 52 app roots after exclusions: 25 ecs0lib declarations, 22 actual importers, three declared-without-import roots, ECSCloudKit 14 declarations / one importer, and two local ProcessRunner copies.
• Relevant TASK, EPIC, SEC, and REV records remain open.

Ticket-tool regression and active rewrite

• /Users/richh/dev/issues/bin/ticket is 29,365 bytes, mtime 2026-09-01 15:50:23 EDT, SHA-256 a9521549ab0dd527752d30d5bbc6489b22c301d7529eef67f6b86c899c2fe158.
• Available commands are only reindex,list,show,search,tree,open,link,comment,resolve,claim,heartbeat,release.
• Documented commands next,handoff,plan,unplan,queue,status,export-html are absent. Atomic select-and-claim via next is therefore unavailable.
• The live ticket tree is under a large uncommitted lifecycle/ID rewrite. Duplicate full IDs decreased from 57 across 392 live files to 48 across 415 live files, but integrity is still not restored.
• EPIC-20260831-02 remains duplicated in open and closed; the CLI currently selects the open copy. Its child IDs are being remapped into the 47-68 range.
• No reindex or repair was attempted because another writer is active and the monitor has no ownership release for ticket tooling.

Tyrell ownership and live incident

• Sources/TyrellAppSupport/PermissionHealth.swift has working-tree blob 8c72803a37f64dcb53a006fb90acb775d89d463c.
• HEAD contains blob 37f1c853967a77989510c3a9f9bd6baecdd9af4e.
• Old commit 9dc001c09d18 contains blob 8c72803a37f64dcb53a006fb90acb775d89d463c, proving the working copy is an exact historical revision placed over the current fix.
• This is the third live occurrence of INCIDENT-20260901-04.
• The incoming message incorrectly treated the host-wide identity codex@rdmsm4x as the Tyrell source owner. This heartbeat task is metadata-only and explicitly declined the path, routing it to the actual active Tyrell task/check-in.
• The monitor did not restore, stage, or commit the file.

Fleet-hardening input

Replied to the hardening audit with two recurring failure modes:

1. test -d <repo>/.git misclassifies linked worktrees because .git is a file; use git -C <path> rev-parse --is-inside-work-tree or at least test -e.
2. Ambiguous short flags can invalidate an audit silently: rg -h was used where explicit --no-filename was intended and produced a plausible duplicate count of one instead of 57. Inventory/count checks should use explicit long options and positive-control fixtures.

Repository and fleet state

• Nine roots remain ahead of their tracked remote: RTTy 24, replicantDB 11, Tyrell 5, LogTTY 2, and AINetNode/rooDB/updateRoo/agentkit/app-baseline one each.
• No new app or library root appeared since the 15:36 monitor pass.
• All six fleet heartbeat files were fresh at approximately 16:04-16:07 EDT.

Files and records changed

• Updated /Users/richh/.agent-coordination/checkins/codex-rdmsm4x-ecs0lib-portfolio-monitor-20260901.json.
• Heartbeated TASK-20260830-02; no new ticket comment was added during the active ticket rewrite.

Undo and outstanding actions

• No source rollback is required.
• Fleet-bus replies and acknowledgements are immutable audit records.
• Release the monitoring lease with /Users/richh/bin/ticket release TASK-20260830-02 only if the monitor is stopped.
• The ticket-tool owner must restore the missing atomic workflow or update the fleet-ticketing contract, then complete a collision-safe ID migration with reference verification.
• The active Tyrell writer should preserve the historical PermissionHealth copy, restore the HEAD version by explicit path, and run the positive-control provenance detector before accepting the incident as contained.
