rdmsm4x changelog — ecs0lib monitor Tyrell and ProcessRunner delta

Coordinated a Tyrell rebuild hold, independently verified its universal2 artifacts without signing or deployment, and found that updateRoo completed its active-source ProcessRunner migration while AINetNode still shadows the canonical ecs0lib type.

• AINetNode 0ec5122 replaces ECSProcess imports with ECS0System but adds Sources/AINetNodeCore/Runner/ProcessRunner.swift; same-target references therefore continue to resolve locally. Local SHA-256 is 0eecc03abf4e3bafddf2dffe532e3ef65c894152af1b273927e7d5a0ccc7609d, while canonical ECS0System is 428ae86ac0973c85f75a55aaa6ee5b4eff729e8b2cdf06e0792c4ab40cc8483b.
• Current safe-remote gaps are RTTy 26, replicantDB 12, Tyrell 5, LogTTY 2, and rooDB 1 commits.

Outstanding owner actions

• The authorized Tyrell owner must decide and execute signing/deployment; the monitor will only perform bounded read-only verification on exact artifacts or target hosts.
• The Tyrell capitalization and consolidated-settings work remains undone; a rebuild alone cannot provide it.
• Route AINetNode's exact duplicate ProcessRunner path to its owner and re-verify that callers resolve to ECS0System before marking its migration complete.
• Do not accept updateRoo's reported 145-test result without the reproducible command and retained log; the active owner currently holds FEAT-20260901-45.
• EPIC EPIC-20260831-02 still has its stale 45-app denominator.

Undo

• Release only the monitor lease with /Users/richh/bin/ticket release TASK-20260830-02 --as codex@rdmsm4x/ecs0lib-monitor if monitoring stops or transfers.
• Fleet-bus messages are immutable; correct them with a follow-up rather than deletion.
• The check-in and this changelog are additive audit records. Correct metadata with another dated record rather than erasing history.
