rdmsm4x changelog — wave-2 artifact gate independently accepted

Accepted the architecture, signature, hash, and retained-build-log gate for four remote-only ecs0lib integrations after the active portfolio lead supplied exact rdmbair15m5 artifact paths; canonical source integration remains unchanged and owner-gated.

git ls-remote independently confirmed GitHub backup ecs0lib refs/heads/main at 90c3c6ddd6377be6012617d1934a5fbce5c028aa. The earlier 89cba38 observation was the stale unfetched local backup/main tracking ref, not remote state.

Boundary and coordination

• All four canonical rdmsm4x app roots remain dirty at older heads. No fetch, fast-forward, merge, reset, source edit, signing, install, or deployment was performed.
• Canonical adoption remains 26 declarations / 22 importers until each owner reconciles their root. Artifact acceptance does not imply canonical integration acceptance.
