rdmsm4x changelog — portfolio rebuild recovery and evidence boundaries

Recorded rdmbair15m5 recovery and the resolution of the fleet-clone portfolio rebuild task, while preserving the distinction between remote fleet linkage and canonical integration and declining bulk acceptance of a mixed-schema final TSV.

Scope

• Writable scope used: the ecs0lib monitor check-in, the monitor's own ticket heartbeat/comment, one fleet-bus coordination message, this changelog, and its Apple Notes copy.

Material state change

• rdmbair15m5 is online again. /Users/richh/.agent-coordination/agent_msg.zsh sync succeeded to rdmbair13m5, rdmbair15m5, rdmpw3265m, rdmpw3275m, and jdmbair13m5.
• TASK-20260901-11 was resolved by claude@rdmbair15m5 at 2026-09-01T22:52:25-04:00; its work claim is released.
• Its children remain open: ISSUE-20260901-23 for the duplicate-session ownership incident, ISSUE-20260901-24 for SQLiteScope's decompression-ceiling failures, and ISSUE-20260901-25 for Xentropy's installer-test contract drift.
• The two Claude processes sharing session identity 8d3fab16 remain live as pids 2624 and 70386. No process was killed; Rich still owns the survivor decision.

Current host pressure

A direct read-only check on rdmbair15m5 at 22:54 EDT measured:

• load averages 32.26 70.69 104.85, falling from the earlier peak;
• encrypted swap 24,409.88 MiB used of 25,600 MiB;
• memory_pressure system-wide free percentage 73%;
• zero matching xcodebuild, swiftpm-testing-helper, swift-driver, or swift-frontend processes.

The final report states that the worker's RTTy and Tyrell test reruns were killed at 22:46 under swap thrash. This monitor issued no restart, process-termination, memory-remediation, build, or retry instruction.

Canonical state

• ecs0lib remains clean at 90c3c6ddd6377be6012617d1934a5fbce5c028aa, matching main, origin/main, and fleet/main. Its local backup/main tracking ref remains stale at 89cba389e53dca185b171c4fe2eff2d6aa80653d; the GitHub backup was already independently verified at 90c3c6d.
• ECSCloudKit remains clean and aligned at 93b9f700e7b73c02881b0a00007cb6f813720a43.
• The reproducible canonical scan still finds 52 filtered immediate app roots, 26 ecs0lib declarations, 22 production-source ECS0 importers, 15 ECSCloudKit declarations, 1 ECSCloudKit importer, and zero active app-source ProcessRunner declarations.
• No new immediate canonical app, library, or site root was observed.

The resolved task reports ecs0lib linkage in 29 of 29 Swift apps from fresh clones at fleet-remote HEAD. That is valid only as remote/fresh-clone state. It is not canonical integration: dirty canonical owners have not integrated several published commits, so the live canonical count remains 26 declarations / 22 production importers.

The Markdown report is usable as labeled human evidence. The TSV is not accepted as a machine-readable bulk artifact until an owner produces a single-schema, one-row-per-app export with provenance. No report file was edited by this monitor.

Independent acceptance boundary

• Exact prior verification remains accepted for the four wave-2 artifacts—dataMOB 0352891, hyperFile 705ef41, scanRoo b549885, hyperTune 510c67a—and the iCloudMonitor 309b975, rooDB ff961d9, and replicantDB 8f3f649 artifacts.
• Detached exact-commit tests independently reproduce SQLiteScope's 16 targeted / 3 failures and Xentropy's 1 targeted / 1 contract failure.
• The remaining products in the reported 28-product signing total were not independently re-measured product by product in this pass, so the resolved task is observed lifecycle state rather than blanket monitor acceptance.
