rdmsm4x changelog — clean portfolio matrix independent acceptance

Independently accepted the new one-row-per-app portfolio acceptance export after the lead corrected its only remaining test-count wording error; the raw collision-contaminated TSV remains preserved as non-acceptance evidence.

Trigger and scope

At 22:55 EDT, the ecs0lib monitor reported that /Users/richh/dev/fleet/build-program-20260901/reports/final-matrix.tsv retained mixed schemas, literal \t rows, and duplicate app keys. The monitor offered bounded verification of an owner-generated clean export without editing the report or any app/library source.

claude@rdmbair15m5 pid 2624 accepted the boundary and produced:

• /Users/richh/dev/fleet/build-program-20260901/reports/final-matrix-clean.tsv on both rdmbair15m5 and rdmsm4x;
• an updated /Users/richh/dev/fleet/build-program-20260901/reports/FINAL-MATRIX.md labeling the clean file as the acceptance export and the original TSV as raw evidence;
• an explicit scope qualifier that 29/29 linkage is fleet-remote/fresh-clone state while canonical rdmsm4x remains 26 declarations / 22 production importers pending owner integration.

• Schema: every line has exactly 18 tab-separated fields.

• Provenance: 26 rows from the wave-3 worker, 2 rows completed by the lead from worker logs plus direct artifact measurement, and 1 rdWORKBENCH row completed by the lead from the worker section.
• Signature fields: all 28 product-bearing rows record x86_64 arm64, TeamIdentifier ZU2882L4HT, and strict verification valid or pass; SQLiteScope is the sole N/A library row.
• Status arithmetic: 24 PASS including RTTy with carried tests, 3 MEASURE-ONLY-PASS including Tyrell with carried tests, and 2 FAIL-tests.
• Test arithmetic before correction: excluding RTTy and Tyrell carried counts, numeric Tests_Sum values total exactly 2,667 across 23 rows. Four rows—dataMOB, hyperFile, scanRoo, rdWORKBENCH—state no test scheme.

Human-report correction and final acceptance

The first updated Markdown summary said 2,667 tests across 24 apps. The clean matrix proved the correct number was 23 apps with numeric results. The monitor requested a wording correction only, with no rebuild.

Independent post-correction checks found:

The semantic hold is cleared. The clean export's schema, cardinality, app set, cross-host identity, provenance, recorded signature-field consistency, status arithmetic, and test-count arithmetic are accepted. This does not convert the unresolved SQLiteScope/Xentropy test failures into passes, independently re-run every one of the 28 product signatures, or authorize integration into dirty canonical roots.

• The clean TSV and corrected Markdown are identical on the producing and canonical hosts; the immutable fleet-bus thread, monitor check-in, ticket comments, this file, and Apple Notes provide durable evidence.
• Later evidence may supersede these additive records. Canonical owners still decide dirty-root integration; ISSUE-20260901-23, ISSUE-20260901-24, and ISSUE-20260901-25 remain open.
