Independently accepted the source-only Tyrell iOS/ECSCloudKit reader while preserving Build 8 ownership, and proved the fleet health job's eight Git-ref incident alerts are ordinary forward refs rather than rewinds.

Scope and ownership

• Execution host: rdmsm4x; observation window 2026-09-02 13:17-13:29 EDT.
• Synchronized the fleet message bus to all five peers and read current check-ins, tickets, claims, canonical library/app state, periodic fleet reports, and new project/ticket state.
• Canonical ecs0lib, ECSCloudKit, Tyrell, every app worktree, other ticket lifecycles, processes, Homebrew state, signed artifacts, devices, CloudKit, deployments, publications, credentials, and owner-held files remained read-only.
• REV-20260902-01 remains owned by codex@rdmsm4x/01a04277-a949-77f1-8f07-57ff6a8ff90f in /Users/richh/dev/_worktrees/tyrell-build8-integrated-20260902; its large uncommitted Build 8 delta was observed and left untouched.

Shared-library and portfolio baseline

• /Users/richh/dev/lib/ecs0lib remains at 90c3c6ddd6377be6012617d1934a5fbce5c028aa with the same 14 ownerless untracked Hardware/Provenance/test files totaling 152,835 bytes. Every hash matches the preserved manifest (HASH_MISMATCHES=0).
• /Users/richh/dev/lib/ECSCloudKit remains clean at 93b9f700e7b73c02881b0a00007cb6f813720a43.
• Fresh scan of the unchanged 52-root canonical app denominator remains:
  • ecs0lib: 26 manifest/project declarations, 22 production-source importers.
  • ECSCloudKit: 15 declarations, 1 production-source importer.
  • Two superseded local ProcessRunner declarations remain archived; active declarations are zero.
• ISSUE-20260902-06 remains open/unclaimed. The earlier exact two-path ECS0HTTPServer repair offer remains owner-gated; no shared-library source was claimed or edited.
• No new immediate app, library, fleet-project, or site root appeared. The canonical iCloud PROJECTS.md is still dated 2026-08-31 17:16 and omits the new Homebrew Intel, Build 8, iOS CloudKit reader, and nightly-audit milestones; its owner was notified without editing the shared index.

Tyrell iOS ECSCloudKit source acceptance

• TASK-20260902-05 resolved with source-only commit 9b2a22da112a407f9824a02f4661703360a28cac on isolated branch/worktree codex/tyrell-ios-cloudkit-20260902 / /Users/richh/dev/_worktrees/tyrell-ios-cloudkit-20260902.
• The exact commit contains only six paths: SESSION-STATE.md, ios/project.yml, ios/Sources/MobileCloudSnapshot.swift, ios/Sources/MobileStores.swift, ios/Sources/FleetView.swift, and ios/Tests/TyrellMobileTests.swift.
• Independent verification used no-local clones under /tmp/tyrell-ios-independent.bpRjxz/dev, detached at Tyrell 9b2a22d, ECSCloudKit 93b9f70, and ecs0lib 90c3c6d; canonical and owner worktrees were not built or changed.
• Reproduced evidence:
  • xcodegen generate --spec project.yml: pass.
  • iOS simulator xcodebuild ... test: exit 0, 22 XCTest cases / 0 failures, including MobileCloudSnapshotTests 5 / 0; ** TEST SUCCEEDED **.
  • swift test: exit 0; 184 XCTest cases plus Swift Testing runs of 248, 65, and 51 cases, all with 0 failures. The pre-existing macOS 27 UniversalHID duplicate-class warnings remain.
  • git diff --check: pass; simulator 9A616E58-92CC-4635-AFA3-66D23CB454C8 is Shutdown after testing.
• Source inspection confirms the fixed private container iCloud.com.eastcoastscience.Tyrell, private custom zone TyrellFleetEvidence, type/name/key whitelist, payload/node ceilings, sanitized identifiers, explicit unavailable/retained states, ECSCloudKit runtime calls, and no snapshot-record push path.
• Acceptance is limited to the committed source plus mock/simulator evidence. It does not prove canonical Build 8 integration, signing, physical-device installation, Apple-account/container availability, a publisher, or a production CloudKit round trip.
• Truth-label nuance routed to both owners: CloudSyncEngine.pull invokes ensureZoneOnce, and CloudKitSyncDatabase.ensureZone saves a CKRecordZone. The feature is snapshot-record-read-only, but a first real pull may create its custom zone and must not be described as zero CloudKit mutation.

Fleet, tickets, and failed alert verification

• The 13:16 independent fleet audit reports all six Macs reachable with healthy monitored launchd jobs and self-reported agent counts matching external measurements.
• New nightly tickets ISSUE-20260902-08 through ISSUE-20260902-12 remain open: three unpushed repositories, one excluded non-Git Xentropy reconciliation copy, one RTTy silent-write-back condition, 13 unread high-priority bus messages, and 11/240 plus 10/140 Intel source-only formulae.
• /Users/richh/dev/fleet/overnight/health-1307.md reported eight loose-versus-packed Git-ref incidents. Direct ancestry checks proved all eight are normal forward movement: in every case the packed ref is an ancestor of the authoritative loose ref. No loose ancestor of packed and no true divergent pair was found.
• /Users/richh/dev/scripts/health_pass.zsh lines 47-57 classify any unequal loose/packed value as an incident. This repeats the already documented defect in /Users/richh/dev/todo/items/20260828-fleet-offhost-watch-packed-refs-false-positive.md; the exact evidence and an ancestry-aware repair/verification offer were sent to the fleet lead as 20260902-132315-59D3DB10. The script was not edited.
• Peer report 20260902-120934-12A4B691 was independently source-confirmed: /Users/richh/bin/ticket resolve_identity() reads TICKET_AGENT and Claude session variables but ignores AGENT_LLM and CODEX_THREAD_ID, so Codex claims without explicit --as can be misattributed as Claude/PID identities. This monitor used explicit identity throughout; the ticket tool was not edited.
• The monitor lease had expired at 04:53:06. With no competing live claimant, the same codex@rdmsm4x/ecs0lib-monitor identity explicitly reclaimed TASK-20260830-02 at 13:23:24 through 15:23:24. The CLI labels any post-expiry claim STOLEN even when the holder string is unchanged; that lifecycle gap is preserved in the event log and was not hidden.
• rdmsm4x directly measured 85% free memory and 8,339.75 MB swap used. The earlier health report's swap warning remains real, but its ref incident is not.
• rdmbair15m5 directly measured 12h36 uptime, 64% free memory, and 3.81 MB swap. Its replicantDB daemon remains disabled; the separately launched GUI app was 38,128 KB RSS and its MCP process 9,296 KB RSS.
• The previous rdmpw3275m false-success compile sweep has ended. fastfetch and the bottle directory remain absent; the latest audit records 11 source-only formulae, so delivery remains incomplete.

Local state changed and coordination

• Updated /Users/richh/.agent-coordination/checkins/codex-rdmsm4x-ecs0lib-portfolio-monitor-20260901.json; jq -e passed and the post-update SHA-256 is c55dc44075542d11c59c0f7a6df8c4c1eb7f4d6068afda0ac35d200dd68bc6c8.

Commands, rollback, and next actions

• Verification used agent_msg.zsh sync/read/send/reply, ticket show/list/claims/claim/comment, Git HEAD/status/log/worktree/diff/ancestry commands, rg, find, SHA-256 comparison, xcodegen, xcodebuild test, swift test, simctl, and bounded direct SSH health/process probes.
• No product/runtime rollback is required because no canonical source, service, app, package, device, or CloudKit data changed.
• The immutable ticket/bus/Notes evidence should be corrected by appending later evidence, never by rewriting history. The mutable monitor check-in can be restored from coordination-integrity history if required.
• /tmp/tyrell-ios-independent.bpRjxz is disposable verifier-owned scratch and can be removed after the evidence is no longer needed.
• Build 8 owner should integrate and retest the iOS commit only after reconciling its six paths with the live Build 8 worktree, then keep signing/device/CloudKit production gates separate.
• Fleet health owner should replace raw loose/packed inequality with ancestry classification and reproduce one normal-advance, one rewind, and one true-divergence fixture before accepting the fix.
• Ticket-system owner should add Codex identity variables without disturbing the existing Claude-session compatibility rules, then verify default identities from both harnesses.
