Decision and owner action

The current shared loggers retain or emit complete messages as public text, and one shared logger downgrades warning/notice strings to info. Tyrell production logging therefore remains unchanged. An ecs0lib owner must implement and release the typed, fail-closed logging API described in the handoff before Tyrell migration resumes.

Backup and rollback

No backup was needed because production runtime and data were untouched. Revert ab563ddd8e7bb818ccd8e9fbe86223a691b6e2ce to remove the documentation-only change.
