Added a source-only iOS CloudKit diagnostics slice so Tyrell can explain private fleet snapshot readiness, freshness, provenance, offline retention, and failure states without inventing zero activity or current authority.

• Generated the ignored iOS Xcode project from ios/project.yml with XcodeGen.
• Complete iPhone 17 Pro simulator suite: 28 tests, 0 failures, exit 0.
• Complete Swift package suite: 570 tests, 0 failures, exit 0 (386 Swift Testing and 184 XCTest).
• git diff --check passed.
• Read-only device discovery observed rdip17air connected and rdip17p unavailable.

Safety and rollback

No signing, app installation, deployment, physical-device mutation, production CloudKit write, credential change, or accepted runtime change occurred. rdip17air was not substituted as the first canary. The lead can integrate by cherry-picking the single commit and can roll back by reverting it; there is no runtime or CloudKit data rollback.

Outstanding owner action

The Tyrell lead should cherry-pick the commit into the current Build 9 integration branch, rerun the complete combined simulator suite, and preserve the rdip17p-first physical canary gate.
