Tyrell Build 10 integrated source

Integrated and verified Tyrell's iOS cache-first remote projection and shared-runtime compatibility seam in a fresh isolated Build 10 source branch while preserving the accepted live Build 8 fleet.

• iPhone 17 Pro simulator: 31/31, zero failures.
• Isolated shared ecs0lib candidate seam: 3/3, zero failures.
• Release builds: TyrellCloudProjection and tyrelld passed.
• Final worktree clean; normal ecs0lib dependency restored.
• All six Macs still run Tyrell 0.2.0 (8), exactly one GUI process and one Build 8 daemon each.

Safety and exclusions

• No canonical Tyrell/ecs0lib checkout was changed.
• No app was signed, installed, deployed, or published.
• No CloudKit account, zone, schema, record write, entitlement, credential, service, network route, or permission state changed.
• Build 8 remains the accepted deployed release and rollback baseline.

Rollback

• Discard or revert only the isolated Build 10 integration branch. No live runtime rollback is required.

Outstanding owner actions

• Shared ecs0lib owner must publish a clean accepted revision containing the reviewed typed logging and HTTP APIs.
• After runtime migrations and a new frozen source gate, build/sign universal2, canary on rdmbair15m5, then verify every fleet host.
• Physical iOS acceptance must begin on rdip17p; rdip17air remains the independent second lane.
