Tyrell Build 10 usage HTTP candidate — 2026-09-02 16:38 EDT

The isolated Tyrell Build 10 branch now has a compile-time-only shared HTTP candidate for read-only fleet usage polling, while the accepted URLSession runtime path remains unchanged and active.

The isolated reviewed shared candidate compiles through a transient dependency map and passes fake-driven policy/privacy/decoding coverage.
Its strict non-cooperative timeout and cancellation regression correctly fails: 10 ms timeout and caller cancellation return only after approximately 262–264 ms when the fake transport ignores cancellation for 250 ms. Outcome and rollback

No canonical shared library, normal package dependency, real credential, network route, CloudKit record, signing state, app process, or fleet deployment changed. The shared timeout defect is ISSUE-20260902-14; keep the URLSession fallback until the shared owner fixes and publishes it. Roll back by reverting or discarding the isolated commit; no installed app rollback is required.
