What changed

Added node identity/friendly-label, participation/role/check/capability, last-observed/last-successful-sync, freshness, and provenance detail using only pre-existing validated TyrellClusterSnapshot fields.
Added a manual read-only snapshot retry and explicit current/checking/retained offline/unavailable evidence labels.
Added accessibility label coverage and the mobile-node-provenance-state accessibility identifier.
