• Generated the ignored iOS project with XcodeGen, booted a dedicated iPhone 17 Pro Max simulator, ran the full test scheme, and shut the simulator down.
• Ran normal swift test: 235 XCTest + 387 Swift Testing = 622/622.
• Ran the disposable repaired-shared candidate full gate: 244 XCTest + 387 Swift Testing = 631/631, including strict timeout/cancellation and typed privacy-safe logging coverage; release tyrell-app built.
• Ran default release builds for tyrell-app, tyrelld, and TyrellCloudProjection.
• iOS simulator: 31/31, zero failures.
• Shared repair: 14/14 focused, 216/216 under Thread Sanitizer with no race, release ECS0Networking build pass.
• git diff --check passed and both isolated worktrees were clean at their recorded checkpoints.

• Before any promotion, abandon the isolated Tyrell Build 10 branch and isolated ecs0lib repair branch. No live rollback is required because Build 8 was not changed.
• Do not delete either worktree until owner acceptance, canonical integration, and later release/canary evidence are complete.

Outstanding owner actions

• The canonical ecs0lib owner must explicitly accept or reject the isolated HTTP repair and publish a clean canonical revision. Dispatch or silence is not acceptance.
• Only after acceptance may Tyrell repin the normal dependency, remove the guarded fallbacks, rerun all gates, sign universal2, and canary on rdmbair15m5.
• Build 11 iOS node-health/detail source remains preserved separately at e25ac459ec94cfcbb2963d4e967143020b3a1144 for the next integration lane.
