Integrated and independently validated Tyrell Build 12's privacy-preserving iOS attention-notification source without changing any live app, device, service, credential, or CloudKit state.

Verification

• iOS 27 simulator EC85728B-06C5-4493-A975-161D6AA29AE9 passed 47/47 XCTest, zero failures, and returned to Shutdown.

Runtime and deployment

No production CloudKit read/write, APNs credential, physical-device installation, distribution signing, macOS app build, daemon change, canary, or fleet deployment occurred. The accepted live macOS fleet remains Tyrell Build 11.

Rollback

Discard the isolated worktree or revert a9e2cbd, a5f424e, d023f28, and 3324ebc on a clean integration branch. No live runtime rollback is required.

Outstanding owner actions

• Perform separately evidenced signed physical-device notification display acceptance.
• Keep APNs/server delivery and read/action states separate from local iOS enqueue.
• Continue private CloudKit/status/chat development without writing production records until its explicit release gate.
• Adopt persistence, networking, and logging from ecs0lib only after clean owner publication and behavior-parity validation.
