rdmsm4x changelog — Tyrell Build 13 ecs0 shared-runtime acceptance

Independent read-only acceptance completed for the pinned Tyrell/ecs0lib networking and logging candidates. Focused timeout, cancellation, privacy, and typed-logging evidence is green; no candidate is promoted because shared-owner acceptance and clean canonical publication remain absent.

Decision

Backup and undo

No source or runtime state changed. The acceptance is reversible by retaining or deleting only the three generated handoff logs and acceptance packet; no canonical rollback is required. Candidate branches remain isolated.

Outstanding owner action

The shared ecs0lib owner must explicitly ACCEPT or REJECT the bounded HTTP repair and typed logging API, publish a clean canonical revision excluding unrelated untracked paths, and name the integration path. Tyrell then reruns focused/full/release gates and the separate signed rdmbair15m5 canary gate.

Checkpoint note

agent_checkpoint.zsh was attempted for the milestone but exited bad substitution; the ticket comment on TASK-20260902-09 records the milestone and resumption action.
