Completed the isolated Tyrell Build 13 iOS delivery-state source slice so the sender UI distinguishes a Tyrell acknowledgement from recipient delivery and does not fabricate queued, pending, or delivered outcomes.

Behavior and verification

A matching Tyrell acknowledgement shows Accepted by Tyrell; recipient status unknown; a terminal rejection shows Failed — not queued.
Ambiguous network, timeout-class, and invalid-response outcomes do not claim a queue or a permanent failure.
iOS does not expose Delivered without a recipient receipt and currently has no durable mobile outbox or receipt contract.

Rollback and outstanding owner action

Revert 35d7f81aaa28ad03ed06b9e3f97617fd1f1f555c or discard the isolated branch. The next owner must choose a clean integration checkpoint and rerun the simulator/package gates. No signing, physical device, CloudKit/APNs, credentials, transport/server contract, canary, deployment, or live service operation occurred.
