rdmsm4x changelog — ecs0lib, Tyrell Build 14/15, RTTy ownership, and fleet monitor

Local time: 2026-09-02 20:32 America/New_York
Host: rdmsm4x
Agent: codex
Ticket: TASK-20260830-02
Scope: metadata-only portfolio and fleet monitoring; no product/shared-library source, foreign ticket lifecycle, runtime, signing, deployment, publication, service, credential, or destructive mutation.

Summary

Reinitialized the recurring ecs0lib portfolio monitor, synchronized the fleet message bus, reproduced the canonical shared-library and 52-root adoption state, accepted Tyrell Build 14 only at its independently reviewed source boundary, recorded three newly isolated Build 15 lanes, and rechecked the installed Build 11 fleet. An apparent RTTy lease conflict was escalated, then promptly retracted after the authoritative SQLite claim ledger proved that the broad owner had a live heartbeat omitted by ticket show. Both Intel fleet-update operations remain active and unaccepted.

Backup and undo

All monitor writes are additive metadata. No product source or runtime state was changed and no destructive undo is required. The ticket and bus records are immutable/additive by design; correct any error with a new explicit correction. The check-in object can be removed only if an owner deliberately chooses to discard this audit record. Apple Notes publication should likewise be corrected additively rather than deleted.
