Composed the independently reviewed iOS cache slice and corrected evidence/API slice in the isolated branch codex/tyrell-build15-integrated-20260902, then resolved UI-20260902-03 at clean HEAD 3b0dedf8e0dfdce19a69952929f339f3e94dc136. The fixed base is 8270ed192956b6228fe075bda21c637acf724766; final tree is afa29461fa3e42b40bbc4e3c288049dbe66f39e7.

The ticket CLI also updated its managed SQLite index and generated ticket views while appending the monitor heartbeat/comment and resolving UI-20260902-03; these were normal ticket-lifecycle writes.

• Verified canonical ecs0lib at 9f27867942024c5640f10c35d17d97ff2e6664f2 with the same 14 ownerless untracked Swift files and ECSCloudKit clean at 93b9f700e7b73c02881b0a00007cb6f813720a43.
• Reproduced the ReplicantDB 1.19.0 build 34 identity on all six hosts: universal2 application/CLI/MCP, strict Team ZU2882L4HT signatures, identical hashes, executable CLI version output, parsed MCP initialize response and exactly one GUI process per host. The rollout owner then resolved TASK-20260902-11; useful-work, memory, TCC, CloudKit and source integration remain outside this acceptance.
• Re-reviewed corrected Tyrell evidence/API commit c373e855: the independent Standards axis found zero hard violations and two P3 cleanup heuristics; the Spec axis passed F-001/F-002/F-003 with no remaining scoped finding.
• Created disposable no-local clones pinned to Tyrell 3b0dedf8, ecs0lib 9f278679 and ECSCloudKit 93b9f700. swift test --no-parallel -j 4 returned 242 XCTest plus 404 Swift Testing, 646/646, zero failures.
• A focused evidence/privacy command returned 8/8; cache-specific tests ran as part of the iOS target.
• xcodegen generate succeeded. A fresh iOS 27 iPhone 17 Pro simulator C20CB95C-CF47-4A24-BD71-BF3DA1A7E31B ran 60/60 tests, zero failures and TEST SUCCEEDED; the exit trap shut it down and deleted it.
• Release builds for tyrelld, tyrell-app, tyrell-mcp and TyrellCloudProjection all returned exit 0. git diff --check returned exit 0 with empty output. The isolated source worktree is clean.
• Directly observed the menu-bar correction become source-complete at clean 8c0e9402ecc687b80395eb7fa651fbee82dcbfbc; its owner retains ISSUE-20260902-19. Read-only fleet evidence proves exit 78 on rdmpw3265m and jdmbair13m5, while rdmbair15m5 is currently running; no LaunchAgent or preference was changed.
• Directly observed rdmpw3265m complete fleet update with 101 tuned/pinned, 12 no-compile and warning-only exit 10. rdmpw3275m advanced from 83/206 to 97/206 under its private pinned copy with Cascadelake hits and zero Westmere hits for newly completed formulas; no process was signaled.
• Appended the material delta to TASK-20260830-02 and renewed the exact monitor lease through 2026-09-02T23:38:09-0400.
• Validated the updated check-in using jq empty; its SHA-256 after the update was fb1b70dd99c76c3e738284b426c5e438700ac0af5ec4e3d17e3e929bb5301b2b.
• Apple Notes publication command: zsh /Users/richh/scripts/notes_changelog.zsh <this-file> --wait 60 with explicit non-secret task/project/agent metadata.

Backups, rollback and recovery

• No canonical source tree, installed application, service, database or preference was changed, so no runtime backup was required.
• The Tyrell result is isolated and unmerged. Safest rollback is to leave the branch unmerged. If later integrated, revert 3b0dedf8, ee990901, then ded2037d and rerun the same package/iOS/release gates.
• The fresh simulator was disposable and was deleted after the successful gate. Disposable clone root: /tmp/tyrell-build15-integrated-review.6NhAF7; it contains no unique source.
• Ticket and message-bus records are append-only lifecycle evidence; correct them additively rather than deleting history.

Outstanding owner actions

• Canonical ecs0lib owner must explicitly accept and publish, or reject, the current-base HTTP candidate 21f2163949, typed logger d63e1e3a, and a current-base pooled SQLite adapter; none is canonical now.
• Preserve and identify ownership of ecs0lib's 14 untracked Swift files before any cleanup, build from the live tree or consumer adoption.
• Tyrell menu-bar source commit 8c0e9402 still needs its separate signed, rollback-protected rdmbair15m5 runtime canary before integration/deploy.
• Tyrell Build 15 integrated source 3b0dedf8 still needs explicit canonical integration, live API/daemon checks, signing and canary approval before any rollout; accepted installed fleet state remains Build 11.
• ReplicantDB still needs time-stable memory/useful-work, TCC and CloudKit gates.
• RTTy Build 45 and paired ecs0lib 0ed5d34 remain isolated under the live RTTy owner; do not treat them as canonical publication.
• Continue observing rdmpw3275m until its 206-formula operation writes a real final result; do not confuse the lock-rejected 18:34 run with that outcome.
