Do not clean or overwrite the dirty canonical Tyrell checkout.

• The menu-bar launcher candidate is not integrated. Independent review found duplicate-process and rollback-proof defects; correction and re-review are active.
• Build/sign and local live-runtime evidence must precede the designated rdmbair15m5 canary and any wider deployment.
• Production CloudKit writes and physical-device notification proof remain separate gates.
• Shared ecs0lib persistence, networking, and typed audit logging remain blocked until their owner explicitly accepts and publishes the candidate implementations.
