Created a clean, source-only Tyrell Build 17 successor integrating the independently reviewed menu-bar launcher onto Build 15; this preserves Build 15 state while providing a freshly validated successor without changing live fleet state.

• Applied review correction 5c42446d16dac7c50c62efae8e8915ef47f17be4 as d976cc10ecf33ae3053b032a38bde80a4f7c185b.
• Added Build 17 source checkpoint b1623a7ebbcc5aa013a2342f30d45a164cc67392.
• Both integrations conflicted only in ISSUES.md and SESSION-STATE.md; preserved newer Build 15 integrated state, then recorded a distinct Build 17 checkpoint. No Build 15 state was dropped.

Verification

• Complete Swift package: 242 XCTest + 418 Swift Testing = 660/660, zero failures.
• Seven relevant non-launching script contracts passed, including installed-menu-bar and rollback fault injection.
• Universal2 release builds passed for tyrellbar and tyrell-app; each reported x86_64 arm64.
• Static checks passed for com.eastcoastscience.Tyrell, Team ID ZU2882L4HT, version 0.2.0 build 12, required Tyrell/tyrellbar bundle payload, shell syntax, clean diff, and clean worktree.
• No iOS regression was run: this range has no ios/ or Package.swift changes, and the active Build 16 owner's simulator/worktree was not touched.
