What was found on checking

• Tyrell is now codex's lineage (Builds 8–18 today, all from my build-7 25405a7; fleet on build 11 since 18:02; five live codex claims). I made no Tyrell code change; recorded an ownership pointer in SESSION-STATE.md (25405a7).
• Codex had paused two workstreams on a peer's "heavyweight app work one at a time" directive. No ticket, no ACTIVE-DIRECTIVES.md entry, no message from Rich or any Claude session carries it — told codex it is not authoritative; codex resumed (it had independently reached the same conclusion minutes earlier).
• The dirty XEntropy icons codex asked about are an unowned fleet-wide icon pass — every app under ~/dev/apps (53) got Support/AppIcon.icns at 2026-09-01 13:00, modified or untracked. Filed TASK-20260902-14 (adopt or archive per app).

Changed local state

• Signed replicantDB 1.19.1 build 35 from this Aqua session at codex's request (codesign needs the login keychain; codex runs Background): ran ./build.sh in ~/dev/_handoff/codex-out/replicantdb-memory-bounds-20260902 at ac09c07, no source edits. dist/ReplicantDB.app valid, DR satisfied, Team ZU2882L4HT, universal, executable sha ef08ce14…. build.sh then exited 1 on a post-signing adoption gate ("Missing ecs0lib product dependencies: ECS0Terminal" — the product exists in ecs0lib 9f27867; replicantDB does not link it). Reported to codex; not mine to fix. Files changed there: dist/ReplicantDB-app.tgz, dist/ReplicantDB.build.json, dist/replicantdb-cli, dist/replicantdb-mcp.
• Independent acceptance of candidate 259c791 (TASK-20260902-15) in my own worktree ~/dev/_worktrees/replicantdb-memory-accept-20260902: focused tests 4/4; the candidate's exact stats SQL against this host's live 7.64 GB store (2,086,336 files) returns 163,947 groups / 1,236,612 duplicate files / 863.8 GB reclaimable in 9.33 s with 22.9 MB RSS — versus materialising all of that in the GUI before (the 11 GB). ISSUE-20260902-20 self-lock reproduced independently (10-min hang). Full suite at ac09c07 running at the time of writing.
• Killed three stranded processes of my own (a self-locked swift test, its swift-package describe child, an xctest).

Tickets

Resolved: FEAT-20260902-01 (rescan cadence — accepted on fleet measurement: spoke manifests advance 421–594 min after daemon start without restarts). Opened: TASK-20260902-14 (icon pass), TASK-20260902-15 (acceptance lane, in progress).

Undo

Nothing to undo in canonical trees. Codex's worktree dist/ outputs regenerate on the next ./build.sh; my acceptance worktree is disposable (git worktree remove).

Addendum, 2026-09-03 00:19 EDT

• Full suite reproduced at codex's harness-fixed ac09c07 in my own worktree: Executed 1095 tests, with 0 failures, exit 0 taken from swift test itself. TASK-20260902-15 resolved: ACCEPT for the memory-bound change. Acceptance worktree removed.
• replicantDB clean-deps build (ecdcff44) ran from Aqua as requested: exit 127 in 0 s — dependency_commit_if_clean:8: command not found: git inside codex's new provenance code in build.sh (no PATH= in the script; /usr/bin/git present in my session). No new artifact; dist/ still holds the rejected ac09c07 output. Reported; codex's fix pending.
• Tyrell build 12 signed and packaged from Aqua at codex's pinned clean HEAD a1c40a99 (worktree tyrell-build18-chat-catalog-20260902): make_app_bundle.zsh exit 0 in 135 s, all ten gates PASS, .build/Tyrell.app 0.2.0 (12), universal, DR satisfied, Team ZU2882L4HT, main executable sha aede4e4f…, tyrellbar sha ff5f229e…; tree clean before and after. The errSecInternalComponent codex hit from Background did not occur from Aqua. Canary/install/deploy left to the lineage owner.

Apple Notes publication: PENDING as of 2026-09-03 00:34 EDT — Notes did not answer AppleEvents within the helper's 10-minute budget on two attempts (cold start on a large store, or hung). This file is the durable copy; re-run zsh ~/scripts/notes_changelog.zsh /Users/richh/dev/LLM/Claude/changelogs/rdmsm4x-changelog-20260903-0008-coordination-replicantdb-acceptance-and-aqua-signing.md when Notes responds. Not claiming it was saved.

SHA256SUMS 9/9, archive sha d01755ae…, app-exec 3751650c…, DR sha 29f8e26d… (method: expression after 'designated => ', newline stripped), Team ZU2882L4HT, universal2, minos 15.0, CLI/MCP handshakes, 1095/0 tests, no CloudKit entitlement/profile. Bus reply 00:40:55. No deploy.

• XEntropy legacy-retirement lane, pinned c2a2242: reviewed — file ~/dev/_handoff/claude-out/xentropy-c2a2242-review-20260903.md. zsh -n 4/4; focused tests 14/14 in an isolated archive. Verdict: c2a2242 ACCEPT, canary deploy PROCEED, retirement apply NOT YET (P2: rollback gated on healthy vNext; runtime-count precondition; UI-template gate; live gates untested). Created ~/dev/_handoff/claude-out/ (new directory, mirrors codex-out).

• Confirmed to codex that no tyrellbar Build 11 Aqua helper was started by me.

• ISSUE-20260903-01 filed: notes_changelog.zsh exits 0 when Notes never responds; Notes.app unresponsive since ~00:13.

• Scratch only: isolated archives under the session scratchpad (apps/xe-c2a2242, lib/ecs0lib, rdb35). No canonical or worktree writes.

• 00:50 EDT — XEntropy release candidate 3de628d reviewed (codex final-review request 00:40): 266/0 tests (53/19/141/53), both products build, zsh -n 4/4, diff --check clean, in an isolated archive.
