rdmsm4x-changelog-20260903-0138-ecs0lib-monitor-replicantdb-six-host-xentropy-hold
Re-established the ecs0lib portfolio monitor, independently confirmed ReplicantDB Build 35 installed identity on all six Macs, preserved active owner lanes, and routed a new Xentropy canary hold plus an intermittent fleet-audit integrity defect.
Scope
- Execution host:
rdmsm4x, Aqua user session, 2026-09-03 01:28โ01:38 EDT. - Monitor ticket:
TASK-20260830-02, metadata-only ownercodex@rdmsm4x/ecs0lib-monitor. - Canonical estate observed:
/Users/richh/dev, all five fleet peers, current ticket claims, coordination mail, check-ins, and fleet audit artifacts. - Source boundary: read-only for ecs0lib, ECSCloudKit, every app repository, live databases, installed products, and owner worktrees. No signing, deployment, cleanup, process signal, credential action, publication, or foreign ticket lifecycle mutation was performed by the monitor.
Changes made
- Synchronized the immutable fleet message bus and all host check-ins.
- Read and acknowledged the current Tyrell, RTTy, Xentropy, and ReplicantDB owner/reviewer messages.
- Sent consolidated owner receipt
20260903-013616-BF2CF2E9, preserving exact worktree and lifecycle boundaries and offering bounded independent verification only after an exact artifact/path transfer. - Sent failed-verification report
20260903-013617-320C5777for the internally inconsistent 01:19 fleet audit; no fleet script was edited. - Appended one material-delta comment to
TASK-20260830-02and renewed the same-holder monitor lease. The first heartbeat used--ttl 7200, which the CLI interprets as minutes; this accidental five-day lease was immediately replaced with the intended--ttl 120two-hour lease, expiring2026-09-03T03:36:43-04:00, with an explicit corrective event note. - Updated the monitor-owned check-in and created this durable changelog. Apple Notes publication was attempted after finalization; its exact outcome is retained in the check-in.
Canonical shared-library and portfolio state

A fresh comparison against the preserved individual manifest found zero missing files and zero SHA-256 mismatches. They were not built, staged, edited, or offered for consumer adoption.
/Users/richh/dev/lib/ECSCloudKitremains clean and aligned at93b9f700e7b73c02881b0a00007cb6f813720a43.- Fresh root enumeration again found 51 immediate canonical app roots

dist, dot/underscore roots, review/agent worktrees, andXentropy-additive-reconciliation-v2. - Fresh package/project and production-source scans reproduce ecs0lib
at 26 declarations / 22 production importers.
dataROO, canonicalreplicantDB,rooDB, andscanRoodeclare without a production import. ECSCloudKit remains 15 declarations / one production importer. Active ProcessRunner declarations remain zero. - No new immediate canonical app, library, fleet-project, or site root
appeared. The project registries have not yet advanced to this pass;
/Users/richh/dev/PROJECTS.mdremains modified at 2026-09-02 22:21 EDT and the iCloud canonical registry remains modified at 21:09 EDT.
ReplicantDB
- The owner check-in
/Users/richh/.agent-coordination/checkins/codex-rdmsm4x-replicantdb-memory-bounds-20260902.json, updated 01:19 EDT, recordssix_host_build35_deployment_passed_cleanup_inventory_in_progressfor source commit9a1e37ccd3ed6c0573d0cacf875889b23d0248c1. - Independent direct local/SSH probes now reproduce
/Applications/ReplicantDB.appversion1.19.1build35on all six named Macs. - Every host has the identical accepted main-executable SHA-256
3751650cfde840402a683de6f9a42ac218155a0ac259f7ac87d8abe8e66867a0,x86_64 arm64, TeamIdentifierZU2882L4HT, and strict deep signature verification return code0. - Current process shape is intentionally not uniform: GUI and daemon
were present on
rdmsm4x,rdmbair13m5,rdmpw3265m, andrdmpw3275m; no app process was present during therdmbair15m5probe after its explicit-Quit testing;jdmbair13m5had a GUI but no daemon in the observed instant. This pass accepts installed artifact identity only and does not broaden the owner's workload/runtime claims. - The owner's pre-cleanup fleet discovery was live during observation.
Cleanup-safety review artifact
/Users/richh/dev/_handoff/codex-out/replicantdb-1.19.1-build35-rollout-20260903/cleanup-safety-review.mdexists, but no cleanup acceptance or cleanup action was taken by this monitor. A final per-host discovery/manifest review was offered after explicit transfer. jdmbair13m5SSH timed out intermittently during two probes while Tailscale ping remained 5 ms; subsequent SSH succeeded and strict signature verification returned0. The latest fleet audit also reports the host reachable and healthy, so no outage is claimed.
Xentropy
- Corrected-provenance independent review
20260903-011305-BFEF46CBsupersedes the earlier single-canary acceptance and WITHHOLDS canary use at210242fb515fd7815cdd0820c4aa586b3d256476. - Two reproduced P1 findings caused the hold: five bare
rollback-evidence assertions cannot fail when the verifier is called
inside the controller-host
ifcondition, and the planner accepts missing or mismatched app/CLI generation state that apply is guaranteed to refuse. The review also carries the existing rollback-health, runtime-count, UI-template, and unexercised-live-gate P2s. - The owner has since advanced the clean isolated worktree to
9c317b5e74e7701a50cb719b125a947213ce5901, reporting 272/272 tests, two product builds, 23 focused retirement tests, six manifest-only generations observed, and no mutation. Exact immutable re-review is already assigned to Claude in20260903-013237-18C1A2CF; the monitor did not duplicate it. No canary or retirement is accepted pending that result.
Tyrell
- Local
/Applications/Tyrell.appremains Build 12 diagnostic NO-GO with only the installed-pathtyrellbarprocess observed. All five remote hosts remain on Build 11; four had a Tyrell GUI in the sampled instant and none was advanced to Build 12 or 13. - The active Build 13 owner worktree remains at committed base
42277bcf045b3e9d6b93ac2ab98355db08c89d56with 23 modified source/test/script paths toward embeddedTyrellBar.app. It was not inspected semantically, edited, staged, tested, or interrupted by this monitor. - Read-only copy inventory report
/Users/richh/dev/_handoff/tyrell-build13-fleet-copy-inventory-20260903.mdhas SHA-256f9216a7785c8492e670d0225119ed8e75b82045c95a78cdeedecb161f3dbefc3. - Post-acceptance archive contract
/Users/richh/dev/_handoff/tyrell-build13-postacceptance-archive-contract-20260903.mdhas SHA-2569754c3bd0831c2a927e569a1caccbd76226942149c4a8291525a4667c8450c0eand is correctly NO-GO until independent all-six Build 13 acceptance. - Canonical
/Users/richh/dev/apps/Tyrellis newly clean at79e30341b235d1be52a72671938c2da82d5230c4, a documentation/AppIcon integration commit. This does not integrate or accept Build 13 and does not change the 26/22 adoption count.
RTTy
- Rich explicitly directed the existing RTTy task to finish its
running adversarial archive-policy matrix and leave a sealed handoff;
correction message
20260903-013138-33F8C665places that instruction at approximately 01:30 EDT. - The isolated owner worktree is at clean checkpoint
9d00f9dc50a612c3f49728b67de3dec94db08704plus 12 modified trust-policy/script/test paths, with an adversarial fixture process active during observation. The monitor did not interrupt it. - The first real Standard archive failed closed on launch-capability
policy; a retained stable-Xcode diagnostic archive succeeded.
Independent readback identifies the previously reviewed policy binary as
Xcode 27 / SDK 27 output with
minos 26.7, explaining the deterministic Xcode 26.6 ABI mismatch but not authorizing a policy rebaseline. - Open trust decisions remain: bind projections to exact authenticated compiler/SDK identity or normalize the contract to capability-relevant imports/symbols; authenticate the Python interpreter; keep the clang probe claim exact; and deliberately choose supported unmodified tooling versus the wrapper for future signed release. Installed Build 44 remains protected.
Fleet and tickets
TASK-20260830-02,EPIC-20260831-02,SEC-20260830-01, andREV-20260901-01remain open;ISSUE-20260901-26,FEAT-20260831-57, and anomalousFEAT-20260902-33remain actively claimed. No foreign claim or lifecycle was changed./Users/richh/dev/fleet/audit/audit-20260903-0118.md, SHA-256f9accf6879cc263e7f44ddf95373bda608a13d37246aa13aa94432638d727ed6, is internally inconsistent: it renders claimed/measured mismatches onrdmbair13m5(11/12),rdmpw3265m(4/5), andrdmpw3275m(5/4) while marking every rowokand saying there are no discrepancies./Users/richh/dev/fleet/audit/audit-20260903-0134.md, SHA-25605d70a932debf91c5ef8682e363d11d313424fd37ca86c6e1477576fbe66f2fb, is internally consistent: all six hosts reachable, all monitored launchd jobs healthy, all claimed/measured counts equal, and no healing needed. The earlier artifact is therefore an intermittent report-integrity defect, not a current fleet outage.

jq empty, exact byte count/SHA-256 check, fleet check-in synchronization, and the Apple Notes changelog helper.
Recovery and outstanding owner actions
- No product, library, database, process, deployment, or cleanup change exists to roll back from this monitor. Metadata corrections must be additive: append a ticket correction, send a superseding bus message, or supersede the check-in/changelog; immutable mail must not be rewritten.
- ReplicantDB owner: finish values-free pre-cleanup discovery, define the exact per-host keep/archive manifest, retain one current plus one rollback artifact, execute cleanup only within the reviewed allowed roots, then provide an exact post-cleanup verification transfer. Update the project registry for the six-host Build 35 milestone.
- Xentropy owner/reviewer: keep canary and fleet mutation withheld
until the assigned
9c317b5review explicitly accepts the fixed P1 gates and carried conditions. - Tyrell owner: finish, test, sign, and independently accept Build 13 locally and then on all six hosts before archive execution; preserve Build 11 rollback coverage and the local Build 12 diagnostic evidence.
- RTTy owner: finish the active adversarial suite, leave a clean sealed commit and exact evidence handoff, and preserve installed Build 44.
- Fleet-audit owner: make row verdicts and the discrepancy narrative
derive from the same captured count snapshot or label timing drift
explicitly, so an inconsistent artifact cannot claim
None.
